If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

Unfortunately I fell for the scam, just yesterday. When I wanted to withdraw my winnings, the supposed customer service advisor told me that she identified herself as a miko that the system was updating. In this case, the girl is called Lisa, who says she has a group of advisers and she gives you the signs.
