Good afternoon, my name is Jose Luis Pertuz. I feel like I was assaulted in my good faith and scammed by ALVEXO. My intention was to contact BITCOIN ERA, I registered. And a few minutes later a broker called me, but he told me that he was from the ALVEXO Company, as I actually confirmed. His name, PEDRO GUTIERREZ. Email: [email protected] He persuaded me to start investing $250US and I did so. My first concern that I expressed to him was that I had no knowledge at all about this type of trading operations and how long it would take to recover this first investment. He said that it didn't matter, nor was there any problem, and that I would recover the investment in a month, as long as I followed all of his instructions and let myself be guided and advised by the person he was going to assign to me; that it did not have any latent risk, if it met this requirement. The assigned person is called AGUSTIN AROCENA. The next day I received an email from HIM: [email protected] and he introduced himself as my advisor, to write him an email, indicating that I was online and that he would call me, as it happened. August 12, 2020. The opening of my account was on August 11, 2020. When he called me, he introduced himself cordially, asked me what he did for a living and what we would start the next day. When I started to contact him, to start trading operations, I was very uncomfortable since he took too long to call me; The time span of the delay was between 40 and 60 minutes. Only once did they respond to me within a tolerable waiting time. He became very impatient when he explained the operating procedures to me, he told me that he couldn't delay with me, seeing that he was just learning and he didn't care about all the time he left me waiting. On one occasion he got angry and had a rude and unacceptable attitude towards me, because he was operating from my cell phone and he told me: don't you have a computer? and that if I was teasing him, if I didn't operate quickly, he would leave me. Before this, he persuaded me to put in more money, 1000US or 500US, he told me that I would not regret it, that I would have more scope to operate and that the company would give me a bonus, that I would see the harvest of what I invested. He convinced me, but thank goodness if you can say that, I put 500Us into my account, a serious mistake. IN TOTAL MY INVESTMENT WAS $750US. It was an odyssey for me, waiting for his call. He never attended to me for a full week, on August 31st I contacted him, he did not call me and he wrote me by email that he would attend to me early the next day; At 9 am on September 1 I contacted him again, I waited 40 to 45 minutes and he didn't call. And to top it all off, on September 2 at 11:20 PM, I received an email from ALVEXO, with a “MARGIN ADJUSTMENT ALERT!” telling me that if I did not take action in this regard, in my trading account, some of my positions or all of them, could close automatically, if my margin level continued to decrease. THEN THEY SUGGESTED ME THAT I REVIEW MY ACCOUNT AND MY TRADING STRATEGIES AND ANALYZE THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS, or if I liked, add ADDITIONAL FUNDS; INCREDIBLE, as if I were an Expert, on September 3, distressed and worried, at approximately 10:30 am, I wrote to Mr. Arocena's email to wait for his call again, but nothing, I waited 45 minutes and got tired, I did not receive any type of response as to why he didn't attend to me. Mr. When PEDRO GUTIERREZ contacted me, he stressed that nothing happened if I didn't know about Trading, that what mattered was that I let myself be advised by the person assigned and the Expert for me; (MR. AROCENA). My story is a bit long, but I wanted to make it as detailed as possible, so that as far as possible there are no more victims of ALVEXO and it is spread, if possible, on all networks or sites where this type of INVESTMENT topic is discussed. I do not understand very well the relationship between Alvexo and BITCOIN ERA, it is clear that this company is not being professional and a complaint should be filed with CYSEC (Financial Regulator of Cyprus/Europe) which is where it is supposed to be regulated, to file the complaint click on this link: https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/complaints/. It is important to take screenshots of the balances and everything that happens in your account and that you do not allow them to carry out operations for you or on your behalf, cancel any type of authorization by sending emails to support and several more to make it clear. that you do not want them to operate your account anymore.

People who work at ALVEXO are Scammers, Mr. Daniel Gomez promised me on May 25 that if I put in 250 dollars, he would guarantee me a profit between 6 to 19% per month. and that he placed me with an advisor who would teach me how to invest in Forex, which was not true. I was contacted by a certain Liz Uribe who sent me 2 pdfs and only called me 2 times to tell me that she would buy 4 currencies in Forex. I do not recommend this broker, I lost all my investment with them, they do not have good traders, it seems that they do not even do technical analysis. They are only interested in you putting in more and more money, overall they earn more in commission when you trade more. And even if you lose, they still earn their commission, that is, they charge you for making you lose money.
