Apolo Trading Regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Final evaluation of Apolo Trading 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important characteristics of Apolo Trading and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about its regulation, that is to say: we are talking about an unregulated company with a notable lack of clarity and seriousness.

Apolo Trading, with operations in forex, cryptocurrencies and commodities, raises serious security concerns being located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a known tax haven. The complete lack of information on regulations adds an additional level of uncertainty and risk for investors. The absence of commitment to robust regulatory standards suggests a potential lack of transparency and integrity. It is discouraged to consider Apolo Trading as a safe investment option, and it is recommended to explore alternatives with a more solid location and clear regulations to ensure financial security.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

Never even think about entering Apolo trading, they are scammers. At first they call you and are extremely insistent. They want you to deposit huge amounts of money with miraculous profits. To withdraw the capital is a real problem. A horrible experience. The worst of the worse.

Hello Paula, thank you for writing, we know that they are in the World Trade Center in Mexico and that the owners are Héctor Victoria Valdez and his sister Karla Karina Victoria Valdez, now we can go find them and recover the money that they have swindled. They are scammers, the police will soon arrest them, the salespeople are complicit in the crime of fraud and are already being recorded. We know that they are in the World Trade Center in Mexico City but we cannot publish which office or floor. With these scammers you have to get the money, they won't give it to you.

Thank you for commenting on Apolo Trading. This broker is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible from you with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

They advertise through social networks, you leave your information for more information and then they start calling different brokers or advisors constantly until you start working with them, they ask for an amount of 200 dollars to start operating with them and use their platform, then They offer loans to be paid in the short term, with high interest rates due to default. Two days ago they announced that they would close their operations in Latin America and all clients had to withdraw their money before January 12, charging for withdrawing this capital. Once paid, the advisor blocks the WhatsApp contact and does not respond further.

In my case, I know that I had a capital of 7900usd within the platform, then they blocked my account and several people from different areas or departments of this company informed me that they blocked all the accounts in Latin America (about 2 million according to them) and they were urging all clients to withdraw their capital, in my case they told me that I actually had a capital of 11000 USD and they first charged me 1500 USD to withdraw that amount and then another 900.000clp that I ended up paying in Tether USDT (990).
Once this payment was made there was no contact from these people again.

I ended up paying between credit and interest (3200usd) and withdrawal commission (760.000 clp) and now last to withdraw the total capital for closing the platform (1500usd + 990usdt)

I attach some screenshots as evidence of the charges they make without paying what they owe or without returning the capital they commit...

Their argument for closing their operations in Latin America is that the banks charge them a lot of interest or taxes and leave them almost no profit according to them, which is why they were moving to operate soon in Europe.

APOLO trading, It is a Scam, they ask you to start with $200 and when you want to make the withdrawal they do not allow it. Even if you comply with all the points stated in the contract after you start, they begin to trick you so that you can invest more even if you have to get money but in the end they don't give it back to you, they contact you by phone constantly, as does a woman named Samantha, ontal Ricardo Rosales among others, they are all blackmailers, don't believe them since they are not regularized either, if they have their accounts in tax havens, although It is true that they can try to evade taxes but your money will not be returned to you when you want to withdraw it.

    Hi good afternoon,

I was a client of Apolo a while ago and I have been following them for a while, I have confirmed that they were established in WTC of the city of Lexicon but currently they settled in a property that they had already been in before, which is in San Francisco 1859 City of Mexico, I don't know if the property is theirs why they have left on 3 occasions, those sons of bitches stole a lot of money from me and I will make sure they pay, I have documents proving the owner is the sole director.

I will leave the link with all the information so that someone can help find these thieves
