Contact: phone numbers and email

This company does not provide any contact details; No email or phone number. What does this mean? That a company does not provide contact information is a very bad sign. Imagine that you have a problem or complaint and you have no way to contact them. It sounds really bad, doesn't it?

* APPOINTMENT SETTER regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The need for regulation for a company that offers “digital setter” services will depend on the exact nature of those services, their scope, the type of data they handle, and the laws and regulations applicable in the geographic area where the company operates. It is advisable to seek specific legal advice and consult with regulatory experts in the relevant area to determine the regulatory requirements applicable to such company. In this case, since its location is unknown, it is very difficult to know if it has or lacks regulation.

🚫 Final assessment of APPOINTMENT SETTER 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important features of Appointment Setter and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: It is not mentioned where it is located.

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about their regulation, this is because not all these types of companies need to be regulated, it depends on the location in which they are located and, in this case, we do not know it.

In addition to this the company has pyramidal characteristics, please be careful.

We noticed that the company apparently is linked to scam companies or companies with a very bad reputation.

It is essential to consider transparency and accessibility when evaluating the trustworthiness of a company. In the case of Appointment Setter, the absence of means of contact raises serious concerns about how to address urgent situations or resolve important queries. This lack limits the ability of users to seek help or resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner, raising questions about the seriousness and reliability of the company.

Furthermore, the lack of information about the company's affiliation and its actual location, along with the absence of details about its regulation, raises significant doubts about its transparency and credibility. Although not all companies of this type need specific regulation, the lack of clarity on these essential aspects may indicate a lack of seriousness or compliance with basic standards.

According to customer messages after making a first payment, the company makes it almost impossible to unsubscribe and tries to continue collecting more payments.

In general, caution is advised when interacting with a company that does not provide clear information about its location, affiliation, and regulation. It is crucial to thoroughly investigate and consider alternatives that offer greater transparency and security guarantees to protect the interests of users.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

There are legal ways to recover the money. We have evidence that the contract was signed by default, in the terms and conditions of each course they clearly say, THE STUDENT MUST ACTIVATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, all contracts can be challenged.

    Good morning,

This company is a scam and unfortunately I fell for them. I am fighting to cancel the plan but it is almost impossible. I canceled my card so they wouldn't make any more payments but Sequra warned me that I could enter ASNEF and I had to reactivate it.

Do you know if there is another solution to this?
    Thanks and best regards

Hello NATALIA, I would not listen to your threats, it is a fraud and SEQURA and the Appointment Setter scammers know it, using several names to commit this scam and have thousands of victims who are behind them. We recommend writing to cancel all services for not offering what they had sold and cancel cards so that they do not charge more, it is a fraud, I also recommend copying SEQURA warning that they are being complicit in a fraud, in the process notify about this fraud to the CNMV (Spanish financial regulator) since Sequra is based in Barcelona and is backed by CITI BANK. Thank you for writing about Appointment Setter (a company linked to Setter Digital, Amazon Master and Inmo Master). Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

I saw the ad on YouTube. I went to the link and watched the 13 min video. When it got to the part that they are only looking for 10 people for this job my mind said “Oops!! There is something here that doesn't fit me” especially with the large number of people covered every day on YouTube and that they still don't have those 10 people... Thank goodness I decided to do a little research before continuing. I'm glad I have that insecurity in my personality, thanks to it I have freed myself from snacking like anyone else would have done.

Congratulations on this page also for clarifying the key points in terms of noticing that I, for example, had not seen how it is a company without a location and that they do not have contact numbers.

Thank you very much for your work!! Keep it up!!

Hello Claudia, what you call insecurity, I see as a cautious person, who is intelligent and before giving his money to a stranger, he makes his inquiries and seeks to have some guarantees. You have done well, you have not gotten carried away and you have saved yourself from going through a horrible nightmare, keep up the good work, you will surely do well in life.

      Greetings.

Good night. I have fallen into the trap, my question is the following, I have only made the first payment, would blocking the card be enough? I'm not going to give them even one more Euro. Thank you
