I have just discovered that these unnameable have made my father (retired) invest € 10.000 and he has been trying to contact them for months without response. A shame that they take advantage of older people who do not have computer skills.
They call selling the gold and the Moor and they keep your money without giving further explanations. A pity that justice does not weigh against these heartless.

They contacted my father by phone. Then they sent him several documents by mail but always with very little information and in English. All the important information about investments, payments and the rest of the steps were given to him by phone.
My father is an elderly person, raised in the rural world, without computer skills, much less investment, and he was fooled.
I will contact the CNMV as you say, and with the girl who commented that they were going to make a class action lawsuit to see if they have had any progress.
