In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Everything has happened to me, they have liquidated my account 3 times and they ask for more contributions, to activate the policy that is supposed to activate me for having an account with a Bronze type. Now nobody responds after I make a new capital injection of 3000 dollars. In short, there is no one else with similar cases, and I do see that all the operations that have been opened were with the opposite trend and despite warning about the risks in the market. They do not use the technical tools of the platform and allow transactions to go into settlement.
What I see is that they do this with the full intention of making this happen to scam people on the platform and keep the capital?
What should be done to sue this company?
Did they attend me from offices in Mexico?

    Goodnight.
I am very angry how dare they take away what we earn with work.
On November 2, 2022 I saw an investment page and left my information and they immediately marked me.
They explained to me and told me to invest 250 dollars and I told them that I did not have that amount and to this day they continue to insist.
I told them that I earn a thousand pesos a week and that I give 500 pesos to my daughter and the rest for what I get.
The advisor told me to ask for loans online and I told him that I am in the bureau and I cannot.
The advisor told me to look for the firm to get out of my economic problems.
    I paint it very pretty.
Believe me that I have already been scammed several times and today I decided to investigate Axia and its license and until I found this page and after more about how bad they talk about this platform.
I asked the advisor for an address. No. License to operate here in Mexico and he gave me none of that information.
I investigated the person and I did not find him in the typical social networks.
Thanks to these pages they opened my eyes and I will not invest.
I don't want to lose money that I borrowed to pay it back in 2 weeks.
Because the advisor told me that I would earn 400 dollars plus what the bonus that they give you as income generates apart from my investment of 250 dollars.
This is my experience and the truth did not give me confidence because I did not have proven data.
They speak to you very nicely, they even treat you with very affectionate words and that surrounds many women, but I didn't fall for it.
Hopefully this company will stop soon.
Good luck and I hope they get their money back soon.

Good afternoon, I want to tell you that I have been scammed by AXIA Investment for the value of 250 dollars, I would like you to help me report them and get my money back, thanks

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hi Patricia, thanks for writing about AXIA Investments. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

I have invested $500 dollars in AXiA Inversment and they do not have good customer service, they sent me to buy, EUR/USD and Meta where I lost more than $200 dollars, then I traded again in EUR/USD and the account was left at $535 dollars . I wrote to the assigned broker about my discontent and the decision to withdraw from the company, also withdrawing my $500 dollars and he did not want to return the money. The consultant is called William Bertie. I do not recommend anyone from any country in the world to deposit money in this company. This week I have been the victim of a scam. I am a client of AXiA Inversment.

I don't know anything about trading, so I was checking the internet for a week and an advertisement from axia appeared where they said that they would help you invest if you didn't know and that the initial value to enter was $250, I left my data and that same day they contacted me to explain how to make the payment, I did it directly from my PSE account, they asked me to send a WhatsApp from which they wrote to me at +52 5529099428, the photo of my ID, the photo of my bank card and the photo of a public service where I live, the calls I have received have been from Ecuadorian numbers, however the alleged broker with whom I am speaking has a Spanish accent, I am speaking to him from +52 5535209490, in 2 days he was telling me what operations doing made me earn almost $60 just with the investment of the 250 but he told me that if we invested at least $1500 to be able to operate in raw materials it could have been converted into 6,000, he told me the same thing every dayuntil finally I took the money that I have saved from my children's university and invested another $400, I made this last consignment through a ticket that he sent me by WhatsApp and I had to do it in effect, he told me that it had to be that same afternoon because the President of the United States was going to be an intervention and the value of the dollar was going to increase in those days, so it was urgent that I had that money on the platform, once I made the consignment and sent him the support via WhatsApp, he did not call me, he stopped insist and until the other day when I asked him to call me to find out what had happened he told me that we are operating again and these days he has had me with the same thing, we make only one daily movement and I must be the one who writes to him now, he knew that He was from my children's university and he told me that he wanted to help me complete the value of the semesters because he understood that I was a single mother and that is what motivated him to help me earn more money. I hope there is a way to stop this, you can't imagine how these scammers hurt me right now. I finally realized it was a scam because I requested the $50 withdrawal I needed to complete a personal payment and it never showed up in my account they told me it took 2 days and this hasn't happened I keep talking to him every day, where do they tell me that it's because of my bank that how is an international money order takes longer, etc, etc. Thank you for looking at my case and I hope somehow I can recover the money 😢
