BrokerStars Comments

In this section we will analyze the broker BrokerStars, is a Forex, CFDs and Cryptocurrency broker. Is BrokerStars really recommended to make an investment? Or is it better not to invest with this company? Is it a safe broker? Is a gotcha? We will help you determine it.

You may be wondering why we do a review on BrokerStars… It is because we have received some messages from clients asking about the company, and we like to think that our reviews page helps investors, providing key information about the company, we disclose information that every investor should know before deciding or not, to invest with an investment company. It should be noted that the BrokerStars website is in English.

Get your money back - we help you

We do this review and assessment, because we receive different messages and comments asking about the reliability of the company in question. ¿Are you a representative of this company? Leave a comment responding to customer concerns.

Essential information: Who does it belong to? Where is located? Is it a regulated broker?

The broker mentions being part of: does not mention it

As to its location, the broker mentions being based on: London, although if true, it should be regulated by the FCA (UK regulator), which is not the case, so we doubt if it is really based in London. Update November 2019: the broker mentions having a location in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

If we analyze the regulation of the broker: as BrokerStars mentions a UK and Australian regulation, but we couldn't find either one, we think it mentions bogus regulations. If not, we invite a BrokerStars representative to provide us with the correct regulation number. Update November 2019: the broker mentions having regulation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

If now we go on to analyze account types offered by BrokerStars, we note that they do not really provide information about owning different types of account.

Las platforms to operate that BrokerStars offers are: we believe that (since it does not specify) the BrokerStars own platform.

We will now analyze the different resources and aids for traders that BrokerStars provides on its website. We believe that the resources and help provided on the website can be a point in favor of the broker.

BrokerStars provides the following help or resources to traders or interested parties: basic explanation of some concepts in the world of trading, explanation of the various products that BrokerStars offers its clients, really not much more than this.

>>> Rating on BrokerStars <<

Ending with this section, in our opinion Do we believe that the BrokerStars company is reliable? Should you invest your money with the company?

The truth is that, we believe that it is better to be careful because: it is supposedly based in London but we could not find the regulation that it should have to be actually based in England, it is an unregulated broker (we could not verify any of the regulations that it mentions on their website), when looking for other reviews about BrokerStars, we did not find anything, which makes us think that it is a “new” company. Another negative feature of BrokerStars is that it is based in unsafe countries such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

For these reasons, we believe that BrokerStars is not a recommended broker. In other words, we always recommend working only with duly regulated companies, isn't it better to have the protection of a good regulator? Is it worth taking the risk if there are much safer options to invest in?

You have to understand that one of the few measures that really ensure the clients' money is the regulation of the broker, that is, it is probably the most important thing in any broker; THAT IT HAS A GOOD REGULATION, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Good regulation means that there is an authority to which, in case of misunderstandings or problems, customers can complain.

What is your opinion? Have you traded with this broker? Are you a customer? Do you think our opinion is not correct? We invite you to collaborate with us and vote, you can also leave a comment on our website with your experience if you are a client of the broker.
caution possible broker scam

We leave a vote open so that traders, clients and users of the broker can vote.

    Hello to everyone s,

My name is Francisco and the main reason for this message is to uncover the FARC and the LIE of the broker BROKERSTARS because I am already tired of so many lies and of waiting for answers that never arrive.

The first thing I would like to clarify is that I have nothing to do with other brokers, schools or companies that are dedicated to trading or discredit companies for making their own profit. The reason that led me to write this text is the feeling of being SCAMMED by this broker, of having lost money that with a lot of effort and work has cost me to get.

First: I came to this broker through the EDUCABOLSA school, and more specifically its owner JORDAN TRADER (he has tutorial videos on YouTube advising beginner traders even reporting scam broker). This person on behalf of his school strongly advised me to invest in this broker, which was a reliable broker with very low spreads and a very simple platform of its own. At first I was a bit shocked, because the comments about this broker that I had seen on websites such as brokersrecomendados.com and some others were not good at all (Broker without regulation, contact numbers where nobody NEVER answered, etc etc ...), but still that's how I trusted him. At all times he insisted that I invest more amount than I had thought, arguing that with the help of his advice and his telegram signals at school I was going to earn between 20 and 30% profitability every month, and also if I took the x5 volume bonus that brokerstars offered me, I would have more capital and I was going to multiply my income in the short / medium term. In the beginning everything was going well until from one day to the next the spreads I had changed them suddenly, they told me that if I wanted to keep them I had to have a VIP account and for that I had to make a deposit of more than 2.000 € (plus the x5 bonus of course). I made that income and from here the ordeal began.

The spreads that they promised me NEVER came, I wrote emails asking for explanations and they didn't answer me, a month passed, another and nothing. Here I already began to suspect, because they did not let me withdraw, nor did they answer mails calls etc ...

The fat of the lie comes now:

They on their website claimed to be regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) financial services regulatory body of the UK, and even gave a registration number to make everything seem more real. As it turns out, it was a LIE, I was escalating emails with the FCA asking for the veracity of Brokerstars and my surprise came when they told me that they have nothing to do with this company, that I reported it to the competent body because what they were indicating in their website was fake. (I have emails that verify it)

Two weeks after this happened (in all this time I kept sending them emails requesting a response to the email [email protected] and nothing, no response) I see that on your website they have changed their regulation, now they are no longer regulated by the FCA but are now regulated by the FSA, the regulatory body of the Seychelles, also put, powered by: Marketfinancials Limited. As soon as I see this change, I write to both the FSA and Marketfinancials Limited requesting information on brokerstars and their relationship with this company. And as expected, they answer me via email, both an FSA agent and Marketfinancials, and the two who happen to tell me the same thing, that they have nothing to do with Brokerstars, that it is neither regulated by the FSA nor do they have anything to do with it. See with Marketfinancials, that please report this company because it has all the earmarks of being a fake.

All this I mention to Jordan Trader, and he tells me that he does not know anything about this, that he thought that BROKERSTARS was a regulated and legal broker. He gives me a phone number for the brokerstars advisor in Spain called Javier Solé (Francisco Javier Solé to be more exact) and tells me to get in touch with him, if he answers the emails. Throughout this period of time, the Brokerstars website had already modified their regulation for the third time. What a coincidence, that after having informed me of all this, and bringing it to their attention, they change their data on the web, they are no longer regulated by the FSA or have anything to do with Marketfinancials, now a Hong Kong address appears and they are not regulated by any competent body (well now, presumably, in the Grenadine Islands). Everything smelled really bad.

Another big surprise that I got was to see on your website, where your contact appears that your address does not exist, also, thanks to the fact that by chance in life I have an acquaintance who lives a few km from that address and I asked him for the favor of to come over to check that address and if anyone there knew the company Brokerstars. And as you can guess, nobody knew anything about that company.

In his contact appears a telephone number from the United Kingdom (which they have already deleted) well, always and I always repeat an answering machine, nobody answers.

To finish off the play, when finally and after having to trade 157 lots to withdraw funds and have achieved it, they go and close my account. I had more than € 11.000, and the reason for the closure, according to them, that I am defaming and slandering them, causing them losses due to the closing of other clients' accounts ... Amazing, they owe me more than € 8.000 (with the bonus already completed and subtracted) and they don't want to give me anything back ...

Hi Francisco, thank you for sharing your experience with BrokerStars. If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have numbers, contact names, emails? What you mention about this Jordan Trader, it sounds like he works for BrokerStars, since no one with any knowledge can confuse a regulated broker with one that is not regulated, it seems that he has blatantly lied to you. Do you also have information about him or about Educabolsa? We are very sorry for your situation.

From which country are you writing to us?

      regards

I write from Spain, emails, telephones etc ... I have passed them to you by private mail, if necessary I will make them public here. Also the screenshots of the emails of Marketfinancials Limited, FCA, etc. I can send them to you via email.

In addition to all this, I am moving the information to be able to report them, I have contacted a firm of lawyers specialized in this matter who already have direct contact with the CNMV.

Hello Francisco, it is a good idea to contact the CNMV if you are from Spain. Regarding the information, the more you can send us here publicly, the better for clients who plan to invest with BrokerStars. We thank you for all the information you have provided about this broker. We remain attentive to your messages.

      • Jordan

Hi, I'm Jordan, I'm sorry to have recommended this broker, when I started I had a CFA or at least that was put on their website, I didn't check it because it paid and worked well, over time the broker turned out to be a scam.

    • Thomas Ferdinand Reply

Hi Francisco, your account is reactivated to be able to operate, you have 18 lots to withdraw, you must understand that scalping and crossover operations do not count.

      • FRANCISCO

Tomas Ferdinand, two months ago you told me that I have 50 lots left to withdraw (I also have emails that prove it) I do them (WITHOUT SCALPING OR CROSSOVER SINCE THE MORE THAN 50 OPERATIONS HAVE BEEN 30 MINUTES OR MORE AND WITHOUT CROSSOVER) and now you tell me that I still have 18 lots left after writing against you. It's hilarious.

Also, Tomas Ferdinand, you have blocked my account on November 22nd. And from what I have seen today you have TRADED WITH MY ACCOUNT WITH A VOLUME OF 3 LOTS IN THE USDMXN on December 03 with a loss of € 19,93 which of course I have not done.

I write here, because from what I see it is the medium in which if you answer

It is a shame everything you mention about BrokerStars Francisco, it is for reasons like this that we recommend not working with companies without regulation such as BrokerStars, or well, in this case it has a regulation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines but in our opinion it is not a regulation reliable, in fact we think it is very bad regulation.

      • FRANCISCO

I will operate those 18 lots and here it will be recorded if it is true or not that they comply with what they say.

      • FRANCISCO

I'm hallucinating!!! They are operating with my account and on top they put 9 lots with losses of € 3.000. IS INCREDIBLE…. You yourselves have seen in the forum that they told me that by operating 18 lots I could withdraw, but it is that they themselves are operating with my account so that I lose all the capital. It is mind-blowing. Now if I can say out loud that you are SCAMMERS !!! IS INCREDIBLE!!!…..

AMAZING!!!! I was missing 9 lots and you are charging my account !!! Amazing…

      • FRANCISCO

I DON'T KNOW THOSE WHO WRITE POSITIVE COMMENTS IF YOU ARE THE SAME PERSON AS A BROKERSTARS EMPLOYEE OR WHAT, BUT THIS IS INCREDIBLE THAT A BROKER CAN BE DOING THIS. I AM VERY PRAWNED WITH THIS COMPANY. AND NOW THOMAS OF BROKERSTARS HAVE ENOUGH NOSE TO JUSTIFY THIS TO ME…. 3 TIMES YOU HAVE TRADED WITH MY ACCOUNT WITH LOSSES OF AROUND € 3.000

      • Recommended Brokers

We have recently received a large number of messages from clients with bad experiences with BrokerStars, we recommend caution.

      • FRANCISCO

And they continue to operate with my account, they will leave it to 0 at any time. I had more than € 10.600 and from yesterday to today I am already € 7.600. € 3.000 in less than a day. They will charge it in two days so that you cannot claim anything. AMAZING. This has never happened to me. IMPRESENTABLES

      • JOSE MANUEL

The same thing happened to me with my capital (€ 10.000) and the next day I broke my account when they closed operations with prices invented by them, I have screenshots. They also operate with my account to decapitalize it and they think that I do not realize it! How do you explain that your account is manipulated? I just want to get my money back. I hope that those of us from Spain can communicate and get our money back. I don't know where I have to go… ..

I signed up with them recommended by Educabolsa, in August 2019, I made an income of € 200 to start operating. I did not take voucher. As of today, the account has about € 4200. But I cannot withdraw them because they accuse me of sharing my account (apparently you can only work from the Wi-Fi or internet at home and only with a computer, if you happen to work with a PC and then with a laptop, and work from another place not your home, you are already sharing the account), they also accuse me of using a robot (by scalping by hanging out in front of the computer and doing quick operations manually), they have also accused me of working with suspicious volumes (with what The maximum that their platform left me, is my money and I risk it as I really want, that they put a cap if they don't want that to happen) So from my point of view it is a SCAM LIKE A PINE CUP. They do not respond to the emails, in fact at the moment I have the account even blocked. But ZERO notification, ZERO communication. That they have kept my money 100%.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING, FLEE FROM THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Do you have numbers, contact names, emails? What is educabolsa? The account sharing thing is the most ridiculous thing we've ever heard. In your place we would contact the financial regulator of your country, it all sounds very bad, and they do not respond even worse. Have you tried trying to contact them from another number or email?

But what liars you are, you were never regulated by any entity and you will never be. SO YOU PLAY WITH THE MONEY OF HONORED PEOPLE SO MUCH IT COSTS TO WIN. If you are so sure that the regulations that you claim to have are real, prove it in some way. Both the FSA, FCA regulations ... If so, I will apologize and swallow my words, but I think it will not be like that. I feel scammed by you, you owe me more than € 8.000, with an account of € 11.000 and with a bonus that completed with 160 traded lots.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!

Hello Francisco, if it is very little serious to mention that they are in the United Kingdom and then change it, it is very suspicious and not very serious, it speaks very badly of BrokerStars. Not to mention lying about its regulation.

I have been operating with them for a long time and they always paid me my withdrawals, I made a deposit and they convinced me to take the bonus and since then I could no longer withdraw after about 3 months, the bonus asks you to make the volume of x5, if you do not plan to operate long term, better not to take a bonus, all brokers are a bit pirates no matter what regulation they have, I recommend changing broker every 6 months.

Hello!! It's been March that I had been operating with this Broker on the recommendation of a person who was working at Finmark FX and he switched to this operator.
I think I have been scammed and taken my money. I was too naive to trust this person, a certain Nestor, who convinced me of the “seriousness” of BrokerStars.
At first I received recommendations and responses from these operators, until I began to request answers and explanations of what they had done with my money. They never answered me until I heard from them. Nobody answers my calls or messages anymore. The support email does not answer either, my account has been left to zero. I lost everything!!!!! I do not know who to turn to since I live in Argentina and supposedly this broker is in London. A shame!! A fraud!!!! Beware of them !!! There is nothing to protect us from these types of operators. The same as Finmark FX ... they disappeared !!!

For more than a month, I have been requesting a withdrawal of 500 euros, however they only answer me via email saying that they are validating it with the finance area, please be patient.

Hello Nydia, thank you very much for sharing your experience with BrokerStars… Can you tell us more about your experience with this company? Do you remember how you came to find them? Do you have names of advisers, emails? How long have you been waiting for withdrawal? It really is very little serious that they make you wait so long ...

      Greetings.

Hello Nydia, your first withdrawal was rejected since it was subject to a bonus as we explained to you, as soon as your second withdrawal has already been sent, a greeting

        Hello Tomas !

Through the mail I have not received any response to my 2nd withdrawal, and in my account they have not made any deposit, the lack of attention and late responses do not give seriousness to the company.
On 17/07/2019 I sent a new email requesting the update of my case.

Hello Nydia, we have not received this email, we sent you an email commenting that your bank, being from Colombia, bounces the withdrawal, tell us another method of withdrawal if you have a neteller, it is automatic.

Hello Tomas: The email with my bank details, as well as the neteller account sent them from July 18 and so far you tell me that you have not received anything? I have sent the email on the same previous emails, so I don't think so, they haven't received it, but anyway ……. Today I send you the data again.
