BTrade Regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Final BTrade Rating 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important characteristics of BTrade and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about its regulation, that is to say: we are talking about an unregulated company with a notable lack of clarity and seriousness.

Please remember that the company has been reported by different financial regulators (in this case the CNMV, the Spanish regulator). Use EXTREME CAUTION.

When taking a closer look at BTrade, critical aspects emerge that deserve attention. The location in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a known tax haven, raises immediate questions about transparency and reliability. Compounding the situation, the absence of regulation provides little assurance of oversight, exposing investors to significant risks.

The poor rating received by BTrade and the warning issued by the CNMV in Spain are clear signs of possible operational and security problems. These warnings should be taken seriously, as the CNMV is a respected regulatory body. Considering these factors, investors are strongly advised to avoid BTrade. Prudence is key in the world of investments, and opting for more reliable and regulated platforms is essential to protect your investment and ensure a positive experience.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

It is a scam, I say this from my own experience... they are very good at scamming, they have stolen 50.000 euros from me. Everything seems “normal”, they call a lot even for small investments… that should have made me suspicious, I fell completely when after making the largest investment they told me that in a week the capital had increased by 25%. Anyway... don't even think about talking to these people.

Hello Pedro, thanks for writing about Btrades. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not invest more money, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually and keep the money from the moment it reaches their accounts, it never enters the market, everything is prepared so that they make you lose your money to have the excuse of keeping it.

If you decide to withdraw and they ask you for a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it!, that is the alert, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and even if you pay they will never return it to you.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.
