Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH CAPEX.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

They are professional thieves, they have well studied the scam. Please be careful with them

Hello Santi, they are scammers. Thank you for sharing your experience with CAPEX (now they call themselves EXITOSOFX), they are dedicated to scamming all their clients based on lies, manipulating the platform's operations and keeping your money.

You can read a review about them here: CAPEX

At this broker, almost 100% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with them. Having a sponsorship agreement with Juventus does not guarantee that it is a good broker, many brokers use this commercial tactic to attract clients and then are more aggressive asking these clients for money to amortize the expense and finally end up losing everything.

Besides, CAPEX is part of the same company as the CFD Global broker, a broker with a very negative reputation, this does not give us a good feeling, quite the opposite.
If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Good afternoon. I invested $11 million in capex and lost it. They tell you and do not advise you because you go through the motions. They transfer you to serious conferences and you create and invest, they assure you at least a 50 percent profit. I invested, they called me and guided me to invest but totally at losses, they also indicated indexes and I lost, they left it alone and all the negatives fell away. They offer you 100 percent bonuses and everything to induce you to invest. They seem serious but they are just a story. I do not recommend it. Victor Hugo

Hello, I have received a proposal online from a company called VIP Academy, where they have CAPEX as the main broker (but with the link live-cosmos-capex, which is supposedly the same capex but from Spain) does anyone know?
Supposedly for investing from 300 or 500 usd they already give signals and teach how to trade; obviously with the reviews on this page there is not much confidence to enter!
addendum: they say that capex sponsors Juventus FC, but I can't find official information about it. If anyone has information about it, thanks.

Regarding Capex I have a lot to say…

    1. Customer service (Latin America)

Until a few days ago they used to answer my emails promptly because I had not requested all of my capital to withdraw. Now I write to see how the process is going and nothing. According to the last email, the approval should have arrived yesterday, because I asked for a Monday. I quote the response I got on Tuesday from your tech support: “Your withdrawal request will be processed within 2-3 business days normally,
from the moment it opened. You will also receive an email
automatic once processed.” The latter has not happened.

Telephone line ... within your emails there appears a number that is addressed like this via Panama +5078388578, said number is non-existent ... it does not work and is moreover disconnected. FATAL….

    2. When I insistently made the request to retire, Mr. (Andrés Nuñes from the financial department) wanted to dissuade me from leaving by giving me more bonuses, etc., but in order to do so I had to COMMIT AT THAT MOMENT to completing the current bonus and that with it he expedited my retirement. I don't understand why the insistence if the money could be expedited in one go. When I asked him for written evidence that they would allow me to get away with what was available in my account and that I was happy to use his voucher, he indicated that they could give me the recording of the call to which I replied "With pleasure, send me the recording, I'll analyze it and we'll see." what we do". Just hanging up the call I asked for said recording…. And guess what... NEVER ARRIVED. He stayed in another apartment according to the mail I received.
    3. BONUS POLICY.
This policy is not explained to you and when you click on the link of the web application you are not directed to it but to the main page.
When I finally found her... It is in English…. It's not that I don't know how to speak English but rather that for Spanish speakers this documentation should be in Spanish. The policy is ambiguous and tells you the following “a. To be able to withdraw the bonus or any profits generated by using the bonus, the Client must generate a trading volume of USD10,000 for every USD 1 of bonuses awarded (eg, for a $100 bonus award the trading volume required to be able to withdraw the entire amount of bonus is $100*$10,000 = $1,000,000). GENTLEMEN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THE BONUSES ARE A USELESS HOOK, that is, to be able to withdraw something you must generate 10000 usd in TRADING for each dollar. In other words, they receive you with a bonus of 250 and guess what, you have to make 250000 in TRADING. These bonuses only serve so that if you lose they take your money and if you win as well because within their policy they also indicate “Where a Client has been awarded a Bonus and the Trading Account holds positions that incur losses, during a period where the bonus is active , any losses resulting from the trade will be deducted first from the actual deposited amount then from the bonus.” In other words, if you lose, they take away your capital and if you win, the money used in investment is from the bonus.:. Ahhh and as you know the winnings of the bonus cannot be withdrawn so easily first by what is indicated above and second “ Provided that the following conditions have been met the Client is entitled to withdraw a maximum of US$250, without falling within these Terms & Conditions :
    to. The minimum amount has been deposited;
    b. Equity of the client excluding the bonus is higher than the withdrawal amount.”

    3. Advice... the only thing I criticize is that they insist too much. I know that my responsibility was to study before entering, so I lost what I lost. And that is my responsibility and I accept it. It is a pity that they do not like to guide their clients well or do not really give more advanced courses on how to manage risk.

I await the return of my money as indicated in your policy "Afterwards, depending on the return of the funds, between 3 and 5 days if it is by card or between 5 and 7 business days if it is by bank transfer."

Hello, how are you speaking from Peru, I am commenting on this case because I think it is necessary and I want to know if you have any knowledge, they called me through a call center, this company is called EXCLUSIVE MARKETING, if necessary, accept the call and talk to a lady , who told me that it is a platform that is located in Spain but that it also had offices in Colombia - Bogota and much more. In fact, the operator is Colombian, in the event that it indicates that I can invest $200 to start it and be able to train me with them and thus guide me and be able to generate and that accordingly they can also generate from each purchase that I make in the actions and good that from the telephone they will train me and everything. In fact I want to know if the users who are here have happened to them the same thing that happened to me. This platform is reliable, the minimum investment is $1000 dollars from what I have read in general, or you can invest according to what you have, which is why the lady mentioned to me. Cheers
