1. Customer service (Latin America)
Until a few days ago they used to answer my emails promptly because I had not requested all of my capital to withdraw. Now I write to see how the process is going and nothing. According to the last email, the approval should have arrived yesterday, because I asked for a Monday. I quote the response I got on Tuesday from your tech support: “Your withdrawal request will be processed within 2-3 business days normally,
from the moment it opened. You will also receive an email
automatic once processed.” The latter has not happened.
Telephone line ... within your emails there appears a number that is addressed like this via Panama +5078388578, said number is non-existent ... it does not work and is moreover disconnected. FATAL….
2. When I insistently made the request to retire, Mr. (Andrés Nuñes from the financial department) wanted to dissuade me from leaving by giving me more bonuses, etc., but in order to do so I had to COMMIT AT THAT MOMENT to completing the current bonus and that with it he expedited my retirement. I don't understand why the insistence if the money could be expedited in one go. When I asked him for written evidence that they would allow me to get away with what was available in my account and that I was happy to use his voucher, he indicated that they could give me the recording of the call to which I replied "With pleasure, send me the recording, I'll analyze it and we'll see." what we do". 3. BONUS POLICY.

These bonuses only serve so that if you lose they take your money and if you win as well because within their policy they also indicate “Where a Client has been awarded a Bonus and the Trading Account holds positions that incur losses, during a period where the bonus is active , any losses resulting from the trade will be deducted first from the actual deposited amount then from the bonus.” In other words, if you lose, they take away your capital and if you win, the money used in investment is from the bonus.:. Ahhh and as you know the winnings of the bonus cannot be withdrawn so easily first by what is indicated above and second “ Provided that the following conditions have been met the Client is entitled to withdraw a maximum of US$250, without falling within these Terms & Conditions :
to. The minimum amount has been deposited;
b. Equity of the client excluding the bonus is higher than the withdrawal amount.”
3. Advice... the only thing I criticize is that they insist too much. I know that my responsibility was to study before entering, so I lost what I lost. And that is my responsibility and I accept it. It is a pity that they do not like to guide their clients well or do not really give more advanced courses on how to manage risk.
