On August 06, 2023, I found advertising on the internet about how to invest and obtain extra income. I contacted them, which was the company Alpha Capital Partners LLP, through a person called "Nicolas Bernard" and they opened an account for me on their investment platform. They asked me to deposit 250 euros to start and activate the account, but later they asked me for more and more amounts. After a few days, they asked me to open a loan to increase the amount of investment and thus improve profits, but logically everything got worse. Finally, I closed my losing positions and left the account without investment, but to recover all the money I had in the account I had to pay 20% of the amount to be withdrawn to GOV.UK (hmrc) in BTC BITCOINS and they gave me deadline that if I didn't pay within a week they would raise the amount by %. Logically, I refused to do it and they blocked the money I had in my broker account, without receiving it until I deposited more money. Afterwards I reported it to the National Police and THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A SCAM AND THERE WERE ALREADY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME CASE IN SPAIN.
I have to indicate that everything seemed fine, the person (trader) who advised me contacted me every day, and indicated and explained to me how the market was going and opened operations for me and such operations were seen and how the graphs and everything worked as a Normal broker, the website is very successful. It began to call my attention that everything was very opaque, there was hardly any information on the internet, from the web, from the broker and the person who advised me was very polite and normal. I looked for him on social networks and on the internet and I found nothing about him or the broker. I got many types of Alpha capital such as group, uk, sl, etc... but there was nothing from Partners LLP and he told me where his company had the audits But it turned out to be from a company with only 2 workers and ridiculous economic figures. From the beginning, the extension of the Alpha capital broker platform caught my attention (https://cfd.capital-alpha.co) apparently to be in Colombia. I asked the trader and he told me that he didn't know and that web hosting today could be anywhere. So I didn't pay much attention to it. Also, the person who acted as a trader sent me his American passport from the USA, in order to gain my trust but I suppose it was false. To the trader who keeps responding to me on WhatsApp as if he didn't know or take any notice. I have also filed a complaint with GOV.UK hmrc and also with the UK Action fraud UK police. To this day my money is still held in I don't know where.
