The truth is that, we believe that it is better to be careful because: it is an unregulated broker, it mentions being based in Luxembourg but it is not regulated by the Luxembourg regulator, which makes us doubt that it is really based in Luxembourg, it does not mention which company it belongs to. Update December 2019: CNMV (Spanish financial regulator) has warned about Crypto Bull
