🚫 Final evaluation of Definite Area 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Definite Area.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

    Hello
I have just been scammed by Defined Area in the month of November 2022. Do not invest in that platform, it is a FRAUD!!!

Hi Bella, thanks for commenting on Definite Area. This broker is a SCAM. The FINMA (Swiss Financial Regulator) has already warned about them, for fraud and not being regulated (See FSMA link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Hi DAGMAR, thanks for commenting on Definite Area. This broker is a SCAM. The Bafin (German Financial Regulator) has already warned about them, for fraud and not being regulated (See link BAFIN). Hello! I too have fallen into the net. We have denounced the police, but I get the feeling that it has been useless. Our savings have been stolen. Now it's time to start from scratch.

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Gloria, several clients have confirmed that they have been able to recover. Thank you for your comment about Definite Area. This broker is considered a SCAM. We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you lost everything and they keep it.

If when you request a withdrawal, they ask you for more money to pay commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never do it! It is a clear warning that you are a client of a fraud broker and even if you pay, they will never return your money.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the name of your advisor, numbers, emails from which you have been contacted, etc.
