What you should do is contact the one that belongs to your country and file a complaint or lawsuit against the broker or financial institution. Further on we indicate which institution you should contact depending on the country where you live.

The process usually consists of gather as much evidence as possible, especially evidence that proves that you have been scammed or defrauded by this company. In many cases, what you need to prove is that you have done business with a company that is not authorized to offer financial services (called unregulated brokers or financial bars).

Hello, I want to publicly report a Fraudulent broker, the address is ultratrades.cc, they ask to pay taxes to allow the money to be withdrawn, and after paying the supposed taxes they invent a new excuse that is solved by paying more, I met him through a friend who was the first in being scammed and in turn by a woman he met on Tinder and she with a romantic scam led him to invest on the platform, she calls herself Ivy, writes from the number +60149878107, so that they can please make it public.

Hello Emanuel, we have received several complaints and they clearly seem to be scams, if they insist, don't be in a hurry, don't send money, scammers usually put a lot of pressure on you so that you don't think. We are reviewing several reviews at the moment, but we will put yours as a priority to be able to rate this broker. Thank you.

Hello, I am working with the Broker Trading Capital Ltda, they ask me that to withdraw I must pay a tax in advance, that is, I must deposit more money and then they will refund it to me, I need guidance on this because I do not know how I can proceed

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Dancy, what you are saying is a scam, that is how fraudulent brokers act, if you pay more money you will lose it too, it is their way of acting. Say that you have $80.000 saved and that if they send you the money you plan to invest it, maybe they will send it to you, but you should know that they are scammers, even though they sound very convincing, the only thing they are looking for is to steal from you.

If possible, write the exact website so you can write a review about them and warn other future victims so they can be attentive.

      Greetings.

    Hello good afternoon:

I would like to know your opinion about the OCTA FX broker: https ://www.octafx .com

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Javier, thanks for commenting on OctaFX. It is currently considered a SCAM. The CNMV (The Financial Regulator of SPAIN) has put an alert on them, for not having the regulation to carry out their activity (See CNMV link).

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

      Greetings.

Good morning, we have a problem with the V-Investmans.online broker as it is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, first they ask you for an initial investment of 250 usd to start operating, then they ask you to pay to activate automatic trading, a Once you already have profits and you ask to withdraw them, they surround you by telling you not to do it so that you continue generating capital and investing in stocks like Apple, they offered us a loan which we accepted and we paid it in a timely manner, after that we asked to withdraw profits but They told us that we had to pay taxes on the profits and pay a commission to the manager and that once they were paid, the deposit would be reflected in our bank account within 4 hours. To date we have not received anything, they only tell us that we must pay more taxes so that the money could be released by Barclays Bank, which we did not agree to pay anything more. The money has already been returned to the trading account, we request a new withdrawal for the total amount and they only answer that we have to pay taxes again. To date we have 14148 USD that we have not been able to withdraw. How could I get my money back? I hope there is someone who can help us.
