It is a scam, in fact I have filed a complaint in court, because they have cheated me of all my savings. Every time you want to recover your money, they tell you that you have to pay some type of commission, you make the payment and then instead of pay you as they had assured you, they leave you with another pending payment (to the bank, to the collection insurance, to the hacienda, to the blockchain, transfer costs, etc.) and so on until you have nothing left. My liaison is manager Bruno Mayer. I have come to the end but now he asks me for more than €12000 to pay for the last transfer.
