Empire FX Regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Empire FX Final Rating 🚫

Completing our evaluation of Empire FX, the broker under consideration, reveals multiple factors of concern that could impact investor confidence. The presence of fake addresses on the website, which include the Bahamas and the United Kingdom, raises serious questions about the transparency and real location of this entity.

The lack of regulation, coupled with a very negative overall rating, highlights potential shortcomings in Empire FX's business practices. Furthermore, the numerous negative comments from dissatisfied users, particularly related to withdrawal issues, constitute a significant risk.

The lack of crucial information on the website, such as registration data and regulations, as well as the absence of privacy policies and terms and conditions of use, contributes to Empire FX's overall lack of transparency.

In summary, based on the fake addresses, the lack of regulation, the very negative rating and the recurring problems with withdrawals of funds, our recommendation is to refrain from using the services of Empire FX. The combination of these disturbing aspects suggests that this broker may not be a reliable option for your financial transactions.

I have invested 250 Eur with EMPIRE FX, in less than a month they tell me that I have earned 8000 USD, when I want to make a withdrawal of the amount obtained they call me from the United Kingdom telling me that I have to pay 1500 Eur for a certificate to be able to withdraw my profits , I'm not going to pay anything, I'd rather lose 250 Eur.
I didn't trust much anymore but now I don't trust anything at all. They have been asking me to invest more but I have refused because when I looked for information I saw things and comments that I didn't like, thank goodness I didn't do it.

Hello Edith, you have been smart, but always try to check first and never believe in great offers that come to you on your mobile.

      Greetings.

Empire FX scammed me out of 5400 euros. First in an investment of 250 and then in a fake wallet that they made me believe was from Binance, the rest. It's all a setup, I have reported it to the police.

Hello Sergi, they manipulate the platform so that you win or lose, they are not real operations, it is a demo account they use but they make you believe that it is really your money. Thanks for writing about Empire FX. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not invest more money, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually and keep the money from the moment it reaches their accounts, it never enters the market, everything is prepared so that they make you lose your money to have the excuse of keeping it.

If you decide to withdraw and they ask you for a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it!, that is the alert, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and even if you pay they will never return it to you.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

This company company is a scam. I started with them with only 250 euros, fortunately. I had obtained a figure of 1485 euros and in six months they have been tempting me to put in more money, so that I can make investments that would give me greater profitability. This afternoon I accessed the account and it is at 0. In the transaction history, a series of losses appear in different operations that have been carried out this afternoon and all in negative until the capital is exhausted.

EDU, like you, I also find myself in the same situation. I have been trying to recover the money from my investment for more than a month and nothing at all. They always have the same idea: “You have to pay more to get the money.” Now they tell me a new modality: “Withdraw the money in Cryptocurrencies to a Binance wallet, but I don't trust it.” I suppose it will be necessary to be able to make the capital change (FIA), you will have to pay the Ether purchase commissions.
Anyway, since I told them that I wouldn't give another euro, things have become complicated to be able to recover my invested capital.
