* EXNOVA regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 EXNOVA Final Rating 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important characteristics of EXNOVA and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about its regulation, that is to say: we are talking about an unregulated company with a notable lack of clarity and seriousness.

EXNOVA presents itself as a broker that offers investment services in forex, cryptocurrencies and CFDs. However, it is important to note that its registered location in Cyprus, known for its favorable tax laws, raises certain concerns about the company's security and regulation. Cyprus is recognized as a tax haven and some financial institutions choose to establish themselves there due to its tax benefits, but this can also raise questions about the transparency and reliability of regulation in the financial field.

It is crucial to note that as of my most recent reporting, EXNOVA does not provide details on its regulation, which may raise concerns among potential investors. The absence of regulatory information may indicate that the company operates without supervision from a competent financial authority, which carries additional risks for those who wish to invest through its services.

In short, the combination of being located in a tax-advantaged jurisdiction and the lack of clarity around its regulation raises questions about the safety and reliability of EXNOVA as a financial entity to invest in.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

Me despedí y cerramos.

Hola Elkin, gracias por escribir sobre Exnova. En la actualidad a este broker se le considera una ESTAFA.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

A trader named Edinson J Hernandez gave me a scholarship through YouTube 2 days ago to learn trading, he works with this broker. I think I will not continue with this scholarship, at first everything looked good but thanks to the information on this page I prefer to look for other options

Hello, I made the same investment induced by a trader named Edinson J Hernández, 200 USD that I later tried to withdraw and they never returned me, they answer messages but they only tell me that it is under supervision, and days and days go by and nothing..

Hello Roberto, I am in the same scholarship, the issue apart from the broker is that Tal Edison says that the name of the company that gives the scholarship is different from his academy, I was looking for his academy on Instagram and it does not exist, and he says that to continue In the scholarship you must register with the broker to advance many strange things here.

Hello, I join the list of those affected…. I invested with them a few months ago and they never gave me my money back and they haven't responded to my messages. In other words, from the moment I requested my withdrawal they ignored me and basically stole my money.

I recommend that you do not send any money.

    regards

Hello, I do not recommend them. Withdrawals are pure trouble. To remove problems, excuses and more problems. To deposit money, the entire system works quickly and perfectly. When you withdraw, a billion problems begin. ??? CHANCE??? I don't believe it.

Hello, I am now having problems with exnova, therefore I will not say my real name. But I can tell you this, when I started having problems with this "broker", I began to investigate something more in depth, in the terms and conditions it mentions the following: "Digital Smart LLC, with reg. num. 898 LLC 2021, and with registered address at: First Floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, PO Box 1574, Kingstown VC0100, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines”

Talking to a friend who knows what the subject is about, he told me that 99,9% of the brokers that have Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as their location or any of these small islands – tax havens are a scam. And he told me that surely when it came to withdrawing my capital I would have many difficulties.

And well, for now what my friend has told me has come true. I hope that exnova will shut my mouth and give me my money back, but it's been more than 2 weeks and NOTHING. They have not refunded me a single peso.

I hope my message helps other people and I really hope that no one falls for these lying jerks.
