Falcon Investment Management are a true scam¡¡ professional deceivers. They also call themselves CFLATAM, they have taken 135 thousand dlls from me through a great scenario and in the end they disappeared. I have already sued them in Mexico and I hope the INTERPOL international alert will soon be turned. The FCA does not know them and although the company exists, they put together a clone. I spoke to the authentic Falcón and he has also filed lawsuits without success so far.
Their names that could be fictitious but are as follows: Raúl Díaz, Gina Franco, Gervasio N. Nelson Garnica, are Colombian or Panamanian. At the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, they structured a very credible platform with contracts, operation orders, order recordings, timely monitoring of market movement news, daily telephone calls during operating hours to suggest placements. They claimed to be in the UK and their phones are from there. A whole theater, even with better follow-up than normal traders, some real RATS.
