I worked for that broker and although they tell you that it is not a call center, it looks good, because although the reception of the place where they work is very good, the operations site is totally dirty.
What they explained to me is that they are regulated by the MIFID, FCA and the KPMG, but that being foreigners do not need the regularization of the CNVB. Labor does not give legal benefits and the payment is in cash and in addition to this they tell you that they are governed by the LFT.
