🚫 FinCloud Final Rating 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH FinCloud.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Hello Szczepan, thanks for commenting on FinCloud, this broker is a SCAM. The FMA (Austrian Financial Regulator) has already warned about them, for fraud and being unregulated (See FMA link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Good afternoon, I am Juan and I have just been scammed with $6123 USD, through the FinCloud platform.
The same thing happened to me as Gloria, I sent them the money for the “policy” which, since it is not exact, they are asking me to send the entire amount again.
In my case I did everything through a wallet in BUDA and with a debit account. What can I do to get the money back?

Good morning, I'm GLORIA, also having a bad experience and losing money. Through FINCLOUD CAPITAL I made an investment, at first with 250 US dollars after the war began they said it was convenient to invest in oil and they worked with a higher amount in US, so I invested 700 US dollars, after I decided to withdraw my money I had to pay taxes and the person who guided me stopped contacting me (Arturo Blasco from Block Chain) and another person called me (Mario Acosta) arguing that due to personal problems Arturo would not follow).

I was taking a surprise, Mario reported that if they requested to justify the 700US fund in Block Chain, it was necessary to have 400US in the account, which would be recovered in full.

Days passed and again there was a problem arguing that since it was not done on a certain accounting date they did not take the transfer into account, the money was there but the transfer had to be repeated on the accounting date.

Since the last thing was done on July 15, I have not received the money in my account and there is no response through the contact wasap.

Hello, my case: I deposited some 180000 Chilean pesos in fincloud and then they started calling me to deposit more money because the shares were more expensive. Do we need another amount? I told him that I was not going to deposit more money. the person who called me later did not do it anymore because he said that with that pile no financial agent was going to see my account. and about 4 or 5 months went by, I thought my money was lost, but they started calling me from blockchain that they wanted to return my money because it was better to withdraw it because of the world crisis than inflation and they ask me which banks I work with and to be able to do the deposit the issue that we could not make the connection with the banks that I worked with, I should make a link by making a deposit to their account but with a minimum amount of $3000 something like that and now they tell me that they are going to deposit it to buda.com the truth I don't know what's going to happen but I haven't deposited one more peso and I don't intend to. My question is now what do I do?

Hello Herman, they are the same scammers, everything is part of the same plot of thieves, they try to make you deposit money in one way or another.

Hi José, thanks for writing about FinCloud. This broker is considered a SCAM. The BAFIN (German Financial Regulator) has put a notice on them, for lack of regulation and misleading their customers (See link BAFIN).

We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you have lost everything and they keep it that way.

If when you request a withdrawal, they ask you for more to pay commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never do it! It is a clear warning that you are a client of a fraud broker and even if you pay, they will never return your money.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the names of your advisor, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you, etc.

I tell you about FinCloud, they are the biggest scammers and criminals in this world, for five months they took a lot of money from me, making me believe that I was going to recover it, asking me to validate it, saying that it was Blockchain and they were sending the money to Barclays to send it to me by transfer after paying taxes at 15% to the UK treasury another lie then make me pay for the conversion and followed by a beating from AXA insurance all this with lies always in the end problems came out and this was to pay.
I have managed to recover the money but the total is never recovered but a good amount, but I have not recovered it with them but with a cryptocurrency company that called me and told me that it was going to help me and recover the money and that was a miracle because they left me bankrupt.
Don't even think about investing with this rabble who will cry for it.
I leave you the names of this rabble.
    Broker: Jorge Vargas Wan
    Supervisor: Alfredo Perez Zapata
    Financial Department :Ander Samuel Castillo
    Barclays: Edward
The individual Jorge Vargas was the one who had the singing voice and more he communicated with me telling me that he was going to help me and helped me to go bankrupt in the end there was always a problem that was to get money.
I ask you to fall with this rabble I never tire of saying, they are CHILDREN OF THE GREAT P.
