>>> Assessment on folionet <<

Ending with this section, in our opinion Do we believe that the Folionet company is reliable? Should you invest your money with the company?

The truth is that, we believe that it is better to be careful because: we believe that it is an unregulated broker, when looking for other reviews about Folionet we could not find any, which makes us think that it is a new company. We suggest using caution.

We always recommend working only with properly regulated companies, isn't it better to have the protection of a good regulator? Is it worth the risk if there are much safer options to invest?

You have to understand that one of the few measures that really ensure the clients' money is the regulation of the broker, that is, it is probably the most important thing in any broker; THAT IT HAS A GOOD REGULATION, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Good regulation means that there is an authority to which, in case of misunderstandings or problems, customers can complain.

Obviously the administrator of this page is against Folionet, very sad that they should fall this to favor other broker that insurance pay IB. I have been a client of folionet and santos for more than 2 years and I have never had problems to buy and to withdraw my money.

It seems to me quite low on the part of this page not wanting to understand the concept of trademark, Folionet is simply a commercial brand, when the contract to operate is signed it is signed with Santos Capital group. uspto. report / TM / 87396131 is like buying an iphone and getting upset that the warranty is covered by Apple and not the Iphone trademark.

Hello Jose, we are not against anyone or favor anyone, we only offer this FORUM for investors to express their opinion about the brokers they work with and explain their experiences, we recommend regulated brokers in the United States, but although they may have a regulation, we DO NOT recommend Folionet for complaints that we have received from various clients, here you can read our review on Folionet: https://brokersrecomendados.com/folionet-comentarios/

    Morning
I am finding out why I am interested in investing with this platform. I find on the Santos Capital Group page that Folionet is a product of this broker, not an independent company.

Antonio's comment worries me, if so, there would be no freedom to operate.

Hi Pedro, we do not recommend companies that in our opinion are very unsafe, such as Folionet.

      regards

And to make matters worse now, today, yesterday, these days, they do not allow you to buy shares that you have already been studying, doing your “due diligence”, and take advantage of the opportunities that arise on a daily basis, because now you first have to ask permission from see if they let you buy ral or what action (I suppose it depends if it suits them) and then if you already found an entry price then you can not enter and obviously when they give you permission, (if that happens) the price is already gone up front, and later when you see that the share costs 10 dollars more (or more), it is money that you no longer earned because they did not give you permission (that is, Folionet) to earn money. It is more than regrettable. Hiy CODX specific case, I ordered the purchase at $ 20 dollars and they said (Folionet) "it is not allowed to commercialize this Action", then it went up to 23 dollars and right now it is at $ 28.8 dollars, SEE WHAT I SAY? (vit to find another platform). DAMN !!!

Hello, could you explain a little better about this problem that you say they present. I was thinking of placing money to invest but under this problem I would have to think a lot.

Hello Antonio, thank you for sharing your experience with Folionet. If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Hello, today I registered on this platform however from what you mention Antonio, it seems to me that it is part of the business of these platforms when they detect those opportunities and block their access, something similar I heard from an investor when I earn a lot of money with bots in iqoption using binary, but when he wanted to withdraw it or re-operate the platform put a maximum limit of 1 dollar, when he had about 30 thousand to operate, I do not know if this is really frequent in all brokers or happens only for some.
Can anyone recommend any other platform that has less of these types of claims?
      Greetings.

    Hello,

My name is Fidel Alvarez, I am part of the Folionet team, I am writing to clarify certain aspects of your review.

Folionet is a brand of Santos Capital Group, which is the regulated broker in the United States, which is why it is strictly and obligatorily regulated by the SEC and FINRA.

As a broker-dealer registered in the USA, you must comply with the requirements of our regulators FINRA and the SEC, additionally you are a member of the SIPC. As you can see in this link sec. report / CIK / 0001674055 Folionet is a registered trademark under license from SCG. On the other hand, if you enter the following brokercheck .finra.org / and enter Santos Capital Group in the search engine, you will be able to see the registered brokers that are part of the Folionet team and SCG.

For all intents and purposes, Folionet is a commercial extension of SCG. Therefore, the portfolios of our clients, both SCG and Folionet, maintain the same guarantees and are regulated under exactly the same laws and institutions. The only difference lies in the brand name, purely as a business purpose.

Additionally, when operating in the United States we cannot offer CFDs since they are illegal in this country, so we only have stocks and ETFs. We offer cash and margin accounts and our users can find us on Instagram, Youtube and our website.

    Thank you very much.

Hello Fidel de Folionet, but why invest with Folionet, is it not possible to invest directly with Santos Capital Group? In addition to this, the US regulation is from Santos Capital Group, not Folionet, or have we misunderstood this?

      regards

Hello, I am sending you this link that I found where apparently they are regulated and their Trademark is Folionet:

    uspto. report / company / Santos + Capital + Group + LLC

Additionally I send you another link where it is seen that they have been audited by a public accounting firm and there they show their balance at the end of 2019. They have in Assets less $ 500K, it seems to me that it is little and that perhaps makes them risky.

    sec. report / Document / 0001674055-20-000001 /

Please review it and if you can tell us if you still think it is a risky broker or not? I was about to invest with them but I started to investigate this.

    Thank you

    July

Hello Julio, but nowhere do they mention Folionet, on the SEC website, because the other website seems of dubious provenance. It still looks like an unregulated broker.

  8. Rafael Reply

Hello, what happens is that folionet is not a company as such but a brand that belongs to a company duly registered in the USA such as Santos Capital Group LLC that has its registration in the SEC and is a member of FINRA and the SIPC

    • Recommended Brokers Reply

Hello Rafael, we did not understand your message about Folionet, what brand does it belong to? Why then not invest with the regulated company directly? Send us the link of the regulation to verify what you say, because we have not been able to find the supposed regulation of Folionet.

      regards

  9. Anfer Reply

Good evening, look for the links indicated by “random” from the SEC and SIPC, Santos capital Group Llc leaves. But there is no FINRA link. Also, what relationship does this company have with FOLIONET? is this just the trade name? Shouldn't the records be under that name?
Excuse my ignorance is a sincere query. Thanks

    • Recommended Brokers Reply

Hello Anfer, we believe that Folionet is an unregulated broker, otherwise we invite a representative of the company to indicate its regulation.

Hi! I am a Folionet customer and it is highly recommended. If you check the web page at the bottom carefully, it appears that they are regulated by FINRA, the SIPC and the SEC in the United States.

They should check the sources of their information well, since any broker that operates in the United States must be registered under those institutions.

Hello Daniela, can you tell us the regulation number? We could not find or verify it.
