Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.
If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. DO NOT do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

I also had a bad experience with forextb, at first it was all very nice, and a girl called me to guide me and teach me in my first investments, then these calls turned into insisting that I put more money in her platform, either to "protect "My investments, or because if I put x more money they would charge me less commissions ... when he saw that after much insisting, he no longer put in more money, he stopped calling me, and finally making investments they began to charge me some very high swaps, so I decided to close the operations I had open with them, even if I lost money and withdraw everything. Once everything was removed, they called me again to ask me why I removed everything, I explained the situation and told them that I appreciate a scam, the excuse was that the swaps of the crypos are higher, to which I replied that there was already I had made those investments with them before and the swaps that they had charged me had nothing to do with it. And finally they ended up hesitating by saying that they set the rules and that was what they had.
