FTMO Regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

Final FTMO valuation

After thoroughly researching FTMO, a broker that trades currencies, cryptocurrencies, commodities and indices, some important considerations emerge. Although its actual location is in the Czech Republic and its website has been active since November 2001, a key concern is its lack of official regulation.

In the world of online investments, regulation acts as a crucial benchmark for transparency and investor protection. However, FTMO lacks this regulatory support, which may create some uncertainty among investors about the safety and fairness of its operations.

The FTMO website promises a simulated trading platform and the ability to trade up to $200,000 in an FTMO account, with up to 90% profit from simulated trades. Although these offers may be attractive, the lack of regulation raises questions about the strength of such promises.

While FTMO's long history in the industry could inspire some confidence, the lack of regulation remains a major concern. Investors should carefully evaluate the potential risks before deciding to deposit funds on an unregulated platform.

Ultimately, although FTMO can offer interesting opportunities, the lack of regulation and the absence of comprehensive regulatory protections may lead to caution among investors. It is strongly recommended that investors consider alternatives that have strong regulatory support to ensure the safety of their funds.

It is important to remember that in the world of investments, prudence is always a virtue. Investors should conduct extensive research and look for brokers that offer a balanced combination of exciting investment opportunities and a strong regulatory framework to protect their financial interests.

Hi Luca, thanks for commenting on FTMO. This broker is a SCAM. The AMF (French Financial Regulator) has already warned about them, for fraud and not being regulated (See AMF link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.
