Our advice: We always recommend working only with properly regulated companies, isn't it better to have the protection of a good regulator? Is it worth the risk if there are much safer options to invest? Why invest with an unregulated or poorly regulated broker, when you can invest with a broker regulated by a serious regulator?

📌 Don't forget: One of the few measures that assure clients' money is the regulation of the broker, that is, it is probably the most important characteristic of any broker; HAVE GOOD REGULATION. Good regulation means that there is an authority to which, in case of misunderstandings or problems, customers can complain. 📌

The CNMV has sent this broker to its blacklist, it is a company established only to steal money

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hi Erik, thanks for commenting on FXPoint. This broker is a SCAM. The CNMV (Financial Regulator of Spain) has already warned about them, due to fraud and not being regulated (See CNMV link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

my story: I asked an advertisement for information about a safe investment with a computer that used algorithms and that would always have benefits. A Cuban, Robert Richard from compsoftcar, sl registered me and convinced me to enter € 250. Later, my name was Catalina Morales from FXPOINT to start investing and with a constant siege to invest more money. Now that I want to get my money back, I can't. Deceiving honest, hard-working people, ..., without the slightest scruples. ALL LIE. A BIG SCAM.

I will leave you all the information I have about the fxpoint scam friends, so more people do not fall with this type of scam companies:

How did I get to FxPoint? Well, I followed an announcement on Facebook from TESLA where they advertised with great fanfare a BitcoinProfit platform and filling in the data, as soon as I put the cell phone crossed out, a fxpoint advisor calls me so where you put data is really spam, pishing or another method of impersonation.

What is fxpoint .co reliable? OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE, I HAVE DEPOSITED 250 THE MINIMUM WITH THEM AND THEY DO NOT STOP HAZING ME WITH CALLS EVERY DAY WHICH INCREASES MY INVESTMENT TO EARN MUCH MORE MONEY, AND TO ALL THIS CALL IT SEEMED TO ME QUITE RARE, SINCE TO A FAMILY ONE OF THESE COMPANIES DEDICATED TO THEFT, AND THE STORY MADE ME SO SIMILAR.

THEN I CAME HERE AND TO OTHER OPINION PAGES ABOUT THIS TYPE OF COMPANIES DEDICATED TO THE SCAM. I ASKED THEM ABOUT REGULATION AND THEY STUTTLE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. CLEARLY THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF REGULATION OR AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SERVICES. I HAVE ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS TRYING TO REMOVE MY 250 AND THEY WON'T LET ME. THEY JUST SAY NO.

LET THEM TELL IT AS THEY WANT, BUT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE. IT IS MY DUTY TO DENOUNCE THEM SO THAT THEY DO NOT DO IT ANYMORE.

    BLESSINGS

It is curious, through a news from TESLA he has directed me to this page FXpoint, immediately afterwards they have called me to register and make a 1st investment of 250 eur, he has even sent me a whatsapp and help to explain the operation of the web and how everything works.
The convincing truth although it is something that I think the best decision is neither to do anything.
He sent me a copy of the SFX regulated license by whatsapp, but I said, I stay as I am.
