🚫 Gainful Markets Final Valuation 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Gainful Markets.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

The company is reported by the AMF! Be very careful!

Hello Carolina Insúa, thank you for commenting on Gainful Markets. This broker is a SCAM. The AMF (France's Financial Regulator) has already warned about them, for fraud and not being regulated (See AMF link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Hello ANONYMOUS, thank you for writing about Gainful Market. This broker is considered a SCAM. The FSMA (Financial Regulator of Belgium) has put a notice on them, for lack of regulation and for misleading their clients (See FSMA link).

We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you have lost everything and they keep it that way.

If when you request a withdrawal, they ask you for more to pay commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never do it! It is a clear warning that you are a client of a fraud broker and even if you pay, they will never return your money.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the names of your advisor, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you, etc.

Hello Martín, thanks for commenting on Gainful Markets. It is currently considered a SCAM. The FSMA (The Financial Regulator of Belgium) has put an alert on them, for not having the regulation to carry out their activity (See FSMA link).

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

Hello I think this company Gainfulmarkets is a scam. I have invested in this company and now that the time has come to withdraw the investment, the financial advisor does not respond to my emails, nor does the support of the Gainfulmarkets page.
How can I know if the trading account/my investment is real or fake?
Where should I report the advisor who sent me the emails?
How do I know where my money is?

Thank you team recommended brokers, com

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Maria, they keep the money as they receive it and they write down the number you sent in a demo account, which is the one with which you think you are operating your real money, but it is not like that, they do not return the money or the profits since These do not exist and it is very likely that they will ask you to pay a percentage of money to release your money. Don't fall for their lies, all they want is to steal more from you.

Thank you for writing about GAINFUL MARKETS. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

I do not recommend gainful market. In my case the deposit was going to be €251 but what I paid was €290 from a Chinese company called colourful, which has non-existent emails and is dedicated to metal parts. I try to withdraw the money and they don't let me mention what I should continue investing or put more money. And then many strange things one day you try to contact them and there is no email other days yes, I had an advisor and another day another, without my consent they make movements when I have not even verified my identity, I have no contract... I have consulted in my bank and in consumption of my town hall and they say that my money is lost and that I report it for the record
