The CNMV (Financial Regulator of Spain) has already warned about them, due to fraud and not being regulated (See CNMV link). Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, the money is not put on the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.
If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

Iconoptions .com is a total scam.. The trading manager reached out to me several times after I told him no I was not interested and he said the minimum cost to invest is $300 so I decided to send $350. As soon as I sent it I receive a message saying I need to add more and when I refused they decided to show that my account balance was over $4500 because they said the account manager had to pay the difference of $678 to get the trades to $1 k. Well like always when you ask for a withdrawal they are asking me to pay the account manager that money before I can withdraw. This site is bogus and its definitely a scam.
