Hello: I have a balance of more than 20.000 dollars in the account of IGM holdings.
They have completely ignored cash withdrawals, without surcharges.
I already sent a transfer of 19% for the total to settle the account and they did not comply.
They already isolate you from your brocker, saying that he has caught the COVID and is admitted.
That they cannot attend to you for this same, they go to the liquidation of the account with the sending of money 19% extra cost.
