Everything they explained to me on the phone was all lies:
That no investment from my pocket was necessary for the job (apart from the initial 185e). Lie, all the ads are paid for out of your pocket.
That I would pay for the course with a commission on my earnings. And that they only win if you win. Lies, the payment is a loan with an external financing company, which means you contract a debt on a loan that you are obliged to continue paying.
That if you are not satisfied they will give you your money back. Lie, after payment, when you receive the terms of the agreement you realize that they will not give you your money back. They protect the agreement by just accessing the course platform, once you lose that right. Something they are quick to guide you to do as soon as you have paid, they make you enter the platform.

All in a rush, with deceptive strategies and outright lies to distract you from reading the terms and conditions until you have already been brought into the fold.

Hello Ricardo, thank you very much for explaining how you experienced it, the experience of having to deal with these professional swindlers who do not mind committing crimes by deceiving honest and good-faith people. Your explanation will be very helpful for other people who are persuaded by their tricks.

      Thank you very much.

I feel disappointed with Inmo-Master: A Disappointing Experience with Empty Promises, Non-existent Customer Service, and Difficulty of Claiming
In June 2024, I enrolled in the “Inmo-Master” Real Estate Captors course, convinced by its promises of teaching advanced techniques using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to capture properties and sell properties. As a professional in the real estate sector, I invested €1.900,00 trusting that this course would provide me with innovative tools to stand out in the market. However, the reality was very different.

The course was limited to simple Facebook Ads marketing strategies, without any trace of the much-hyped AI. I feel completely misled by Captadores Inmobiliarios' advertising, which not only exaggerated the capabilities of the course, but also failed to deliver what it promised. This experience has been a mockery of my effort to improve professionally.

When I realized the deception, I tried to exercise my right of withdrawal before June 10, the deadline established in an email from SeQura, the course's financier. Despite contacting Captadores Inmobiliarios within the deadline, my request was arbitrarily rejected, denying me the right to return the course and get my money back.

Furthermore, after investing more than 500 euros in Facebook Ads campaigns, I did not obtain any useful results. The “Results Guarantee” of the course turned out to be a complete scam. Captadores Inmobiliarios made excuses with absurd interpretations of their own guarantee for not returning my money, completely ignoring the lack of real results.

To make matters worse, Captadores Inmobiliarios is registered in Andorra, which makes any claim from Spain difficult, and SeQura has been complicit in not supporting my case, despite having established a deadline for cancellation. I am deeply upset and determined to report this fraud to prevent others from falling into the same trap. It is unacceptable that companies like Captadores Inmobiliarios continue to operate with impunity, deceiving honest consumers.

Hello Ysora, we have been informed that nothing is true, the SMS from the courts that Inmo Master sends are false and the statements about putting you in ASNEF are false, it is a company from Andorra, it is not Spain and to claim judicially they must first pass the case to each country of the client and these procedures, if they were real, take more than 1 year. We recommend writing to cancel all services for not offering what they had sold and cancel cards so that they do not charge more, it is a fraud, I also recommend copying SEQURA warning that they are being complicit in a fraud, in the process notify about this fraud to the CNMV (Spanish financial regulator) since Sequra is based in Barcelona and is backed by CITI BANK. Thank you for writing about Inmo Master (company linked to Setter Digital, Appointment Setter and Amazon Master). Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

Hello, I have been affected by the inmo master scam, I was extorted and threatened to make payments. They lied to me from the first call, I would like you to help me. But I'm also afraid of sending my tests to an email and them being themselves. They made me borrow money to pay them, they are scammers.

    Hello, my name is Sebastian,

I have been fighting with these scoundrels for more than two months, from the first moment they told me that I could cancel the subscription, that there would be no problem and I find the opposite since they have certain policies that they do not mention in the call,

Despite having provided them with evidence, in addition to the fact that they changed the refund policies when it was clear that they had made a mistake (I have proof of everything) and that they had to cancel my membership, they still continued with their thing,

Now they don't stop threatening that they are going to include me in Asnef and that if I report and various nonsense, which logically is to scare me,

I would like to know if there is anyone who has already initiated a legal process or if the lawsuit is collective, and I would also like to join it,

    Thank you very much.

Hello Sebastian, they wrote to us warning that they were going to file a collective macro-complaint, through a lawyer, although we cannot confirm the veracity of all this and I ask you to be cautious when analyzing whether what they propose is viable or not:
