Last year, I was contacted and scammed by a company specialized in attracting clients with a certain investment capacity in crypto assets. They scammed me a significant amount.
Recently, around the month of August, the company NetCapital AB contacted me. They offered me the possibility of recovering 80% of what was recovered, with a ten percent commission for the company, upon payment of €250. I accepted and although I did not have that amount, I thought it was worth the risk. I had to borrow the payment.
In short, I was no longer awarded eighty percent but, as if by magic, my old investment had multiplied and turned out to be approximately four times what I invested. They made me install an application, the CoinBase Wallet app where they transferred the asset obtained to me. When that amount was transferred to my related bank account, the system registered “insufficient balance.” The agent who brokered the transition told me that this situation was due to the fact that an advance payment had to be made, which I later learned reached the not inconsiderable figure of €23.000. They offered me several justifications through different channels, contradictory to each other. The fact is that if I wanted to recover my funds I had to pay that amount. Since I did not have, nor did I want to have, that money, NetCapitalAB offered me a loan of €7.000, to be returned when I recovered the money and, to finance the rest, they advised me to go to a family member, a friend or a bank loan. In short, everything is very elaborate. Subsequently, since I did not opt for that solution, another NetCapitalAB agent managed to contact me by email, and offered me an advance payment of €1.500 as a commission, upon receipt of which, he refunded €5.000, and so on until the return of the total. I offer them that solution but exactly the opposite, that is, they return me €5.000 and, upon receipt, I pay them €1.500 commission and so on, until the debt is settled. Naturally they flatly refused. Until today, the date on which I make these facts public, they have not contacted me again. Is NetCapitalAB a scam? I have no doubt about it. You judge.
And that is my story. I make it public and I want to share it to prevent any unsuspecting or unscrupulous person who wants to try their luck and fall into the networks of this group of scammers.
