I have tried to contact him and the general support from NYC Capital but without success. Also through the facebook of NYCAPITAL Y NADA. I can't get an answer from these bastards.
I try to make the withdrawal without contacting anyone and it is not possible either. From my experience and from everything that can be read here, I understand that they are stealing from my face.
