To the general public we want to inform you that the domain of our consulting company PACIFIC ALLIANCE CAPITAL is pacificalliance-capital .com, for which we ask Mrs. MARIA FATIMA DOS SANTOS and Mr. ANIBAL CAMPOS to check that they have indeed received emails with said domain since we do not have any record with such information. We also want to clarify that PACIFIC ALLIANCE CAPITAL does not have a brokerage license inside or outside of Costa Rica, so we do not attract resources from our clients, as mentioned above.

Last year we opened an account with Pacific Alliance Capital, through Marco Díaz and Jimena Rivero. They operated through Traynor Advisers. We have emails from Jimena Rivero sent from Traynor Advisers. Pacific Alliance Capital has not responded to us for a month, and Traynor Advisers responders do not recognize our account. We are contacting the Costa Rican authorities.

The correct name of our contact is the Mexican Franco Díaz, from Pacific Alliance Capital Costa Rica. We were referred to him from Traynor Advisors by a Traynor employee named Alejandra Ramírez. Pacific Alliance Capital has not answered emails or calls for a month. Although Franco Díaz and Jimena Rivero are recognized by Traynor as their employees, they do not pass our calls and Traynor says he does not have us as clients. We are filing complaints with the authorities of Costa Rica and the United States. Whoever is in the same situation can contact me.

I opened an account with Pacific Alliance 18 months ago and arrived at their offices in San José on Friday, where they informed me that they had already stopped working in them. I went to the lawyer who appears in the contract and he informed me that he has not assisted them for two years because they left the country. What I can do? I have contracts, a copy of their passports and proof of transfer from the president of the company to my account when I made withdrawals.

They contacted me for more than a month, with a very insistent attitude that I should start investing with them and at no time did they say how they got my contact.
After explaining that they only give recommendations, they claimed to be endorsed by the CNBV and that their brocker Zantar Investment (supposedly resident in Estonia) was the one with whom we would open an account and make transfers.
I looked for both companies and neither has information other than their website (which are very similar to each other) and I could not find any financial authority in which they were listed. Additionally, I tried to contact myself through the contact email, which rejected my email.
I have no proof that it is a fraud, although I share this information hoping that other people can share their comments and be aware.
