Hello Gustavo, thank you for commenting on poket.co. This broker is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible from you with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.
If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

Hello Daniel, Federico Tesore belongs to INVERSOR GLOBAL and not to Invertit online, you may have been confused because it really gives rise to that…. Even in its Double or Nothing pack it recommends Bull Market as an Argentine Broker, which is the direct competition of Invertir online.

Good afternoon
I am having a bad experience with double or nothing global investor
I registered on 13/4/21, followed the suggestions and, being a novice, chose the option they recommend, New Poket as a link to buy the recommended wallet.
On 14/4/21 I opened an account at Poket,
On 15/4/21 the account was validated,
On 20/4/21 I received an email saying that I could now deposit or withdraw money,
On 21/4 I make two deposits that according to regulations within 72 hours would be credited
Today 10/5/21 I still have not credited my money.
I make complaints in Poket support and also in global investor.
IG responds without obligation saying to make the claim to Poket and the latter ignores it saying that the problem is Ripio's.
What suggestion do you give me so I can get my money back?

I have contracted the POKET service for more than 1 year. I bought shares and wanted to take some of the profits 10 days ago. I managed to do it after repeated complaints, alluding to them that you had problems with RIPIO, a company through which they convert your dollars to pesos in your bank account in Argentina. Not to mention the type of exchange they take. They told me $141 when it is $153, but it turns out they made it $127. Plus, they take 2% off of “administrative expenses.”
Since I didn't like the procedure, I decided to sell all the shares in my portfolio (they charge you $10 or $12 for each transaction) and requested a withdrawal of just over $3000. They told me that since it is in pesos, I have to do it in several parts.
I requested it in several places and they are not doing it at the moment either.
I don't recommend them at all. I reached them through Double or Nothing, Federico Tessore's InvertirOnline .com service.
I never imagined that this regulated broker (invertironline) would recommend something like this. Not satisfied, I also withdrew all the money from InvertirOnline.com, which is another separate chapter with which I had other problems, always related to the liquidity of my investment.
I'll keep you informed of how all this turns out, but for now I recommend staying out of it.

Hello: I opened an account in Poket to follow the recommendations of Double or Nothing and TurboTrading from Inversor Global.
My experience: A REAL SCAM! Please do not trust this platform! I have 2.000 USD pending withdrawal for 3 MONTHS. I'm on my tenth complaint, someone always answers me that they will solve it as soon as possible... and that never happens. Please do not trust this platform because they will scam you. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. On top of that, they don't have any telephone to communicate... only by message. Very disappointed in this platform and the financial recommendations service (IG) that advertises it…Thieves!!

Hello Marco, were you able to recover the money? Something similar is happening to me.
In my case it was difficult to trust again after being scammed by a broker, but I decided to trust and try to recover my capital in any way possible. And yes I was able to recover it. They don't play games, they know what they are doing, they know how to file the chargeback and get the money back. I'm talking about mychargeback, which is what they propose here to recover the money.

I have been using the new.poket.co platform to invest in assets recommended by Global Investor's Double or Nothing service.
I have not had any particular problems with either the broker or Inversor Global. So far, my experience has been good with both. However, the Poket platform seems so simple and precarious to me that I come to doubt the safety of my money.
My question is the following:
In the worst case scenario, that is, if something happens to Poket and I lose all of my deposited money (and invested in assets) without having any insurance (which had to have been provided by Poket, but let's assume not would be the case), what could you do about it? Where would they get the money to give me?
By the way, I'm from Argentina and I have 2 USD invested in Poket and almost all of it in the form of shares.

I have been waiting for the deposited funds to be returned to me for 10 days. I tried depositing 100 dollars to see what would happen and shortly afterwards I asked for a refund and nothing. In case your investments go well and you don't withdraw, you will never realize that by wanting to withdraw everything, you will have nothing. I don't see it as reliable and it uses gravel. They recommended it to me from Inversor Globar and Fede Teso Show and I trusted it and opened it, but luckily I didn't operate.

I've been using poket for 6 years and I only follow the recommendations of a wallet I subscribe to (intelligent speculation). I have obtained very good returns so far. My experience is limited since I have not yet withdrawn the funds. I suggest taking it as an alternative. I only invest 20% of my savings there. For the rest I use other brokers from Argentina such as personal portfolio or balance
