🚫 Final valuation of Rivobanc 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Rivobanc.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Hello, I am my mother's son, we have also received the scam like many of you, please help us since my mother has earned the money with sacrifices and efforts and she is not here to give anything away, the operation was done today and we have already notified the bank to see if they can return the money to us.

Hi Gustavo, thanks for writing about Rivobanc. This broker is considered a SCAM. The CNMV (Spanish Financial Regulator) has put a notice on them, for lack of regulation and for deceiving their clients (See CNMV link).

We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you have lost everything and they keep it that way.

If when you request a withdrawal, they ask you for more to pay commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never do it! It is a clear warning that you are a client of a fraud broker and even if you pay, they will never return your money.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the names of your advisor, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you, etc.

Good, as other people have left their review, I was also scammed for an amount of 2.600, it was my mistake for not having knowledge of trading and being in a bad situation, I was scammed by this company until I realized that they were asking for more to get money and never They didn't answer emails or calls first 200 to start the account then they wanted 10.000 to invest and of course I told them that it was a lot that would only be 1000 at most and based on deception they told me that I would earn little and then they told me that I was going to finish 15.000 and to get the I had to pay for the broker's services 1.600 I did not pay anything more and I told them that I was going to report the problem, it is when I call my bank and explain the case and they told me that if the transfers have passed more than 1 month, it cannot be done recover the money and I gave my money as lost 3 months have passed and I would like to know if I could recover some of my money or there is nothing to do and if I should have reported 3 months ago if you could help thanks

It is a scam, as Alexis says, they ask for money so that you can withdraw what you have and if at any moment the account increases the profits, it is a robbery, do not be fooled

SCAM. Hello good morning, on January 26 I made a contribution of €23 on this platform. From there I have been receiving countless calls from different characters, insisting and pressing to increase the level of my investment. From then on I began to get uncomfortable and investigate Rivobanc even on the CNMV website, but the company did not even appear. As I told them that I was NOT going to invest more because I was a Basic investor, they told me that they were not interested as an investor and they left me with some negative positions for a month and a half without doing anything to correct it. I received another call from another character and he told me that he was going to solve it and in an hour he had about $229 in my account, then I realized that it was all a SCAM and they wanted to hook me. Three days ago I applied to [email protected], the total withdrawal of my funds and today they contact me and tell me that in order to withdraw my funds I have to make a deposit of €500 in fees, of course I did not bite because I already knew that it was all a lie and I have told them that I was going to report them to the competent authority but they have ignored it. Should I report it to the CNMV even though I have seen that the company has already been reported? Is it worth trying to recover the €229 or is it a losing battle? Thank you so much.
