Hello, I'm Alex Molina and I found this digital appointme setter course on Instagram. In the end I signed up and in total it seems to me that it is €2200 but you pay €180 out of your pocket at the beginning and then according to them they deduct the rest from you if you make a profit working as a setter. In short, I neither started the course nor did anything, I only paid €180, and then I put it aside and didn't want to start it because something felt like it wasn't true, and I was surprised that at the end of the month I found out that there was an attempt to charge €200 from my card. I contacted them and they started to tell me that I had to pay it no matter what, when they told me that they would deduct it from the salary I earned as a setter... and after a year has passed they keep calling me demanding €1800 and that if I didn't pay it I would go to court and what else... don't do this course PLEASE. Be thankful that you don't. I have not paid any of this money because they could have taken a lot of money from me

Hi Alex, don't pay attention to their threats, they are scammers and they are doing this to thousands of people, it's a fraud, they send fake SMS from the courts, they make up anything to get you to pay.

      Greetings.

Hello Lorena, I am an affected person and I want to join the collective complaint, I have sent you an email, I don't know if it reached you, I don't know how to contact you, I went to the police but they didn't want to take my complaint because it said it was a breach of the contract, where can I find you? Thank you

Who wants to join the Retsinnal Group class action lawsuit?
There are legal ways to recover the money. We have evidence that the contract was signed by default, in the terms and conditions of each course they clearly say, THE STUDENT MUST ACTIVATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, all contracts can be challenged.

Hello justice, thank you for providing this interesting information that will help many people.

      Greetings.

Thank you very much, you are one of the few who give us a “voice” to all those affected by Retsinnal Group who market six courses on different topics, using the same “modus operandi”, TRADING, DIGITAL SETTER, INMO MASTER, VIP APPOINTMENT SETTING, AMAZON MASTER AND LIVE PROGRAMMING.
It's a pleasure to find people like you.

Hello Justice, I hope that with the dissemination of this information we can save many people from falling into these frauds and that with everyone's complaints we can recover all the money that they have taken and that the justice system does its job and gives them the punishment they deserve for the damage they have caused.

        Greetings.

You have reported the facts to the National Police or Civil Guard, if not reported, they have no record of the states that are at large.
With the complaint, stop the payment, completely ignore their threats and extortion and then join together for a class action lawsuit against this Illiterate Scammer who believes himself to be Warren Buffet,
Help me warn people not to fall for this scam, I'm tired of seeing how more people fall every day and this bastard gets away with it.
I keep warning him and telling my experience in his videos and those who talk about him on YouTube, but the scammer and his team keep reporting my comments so that YouTube can review them, they don't remove them because I don't violate any community laws. but they left me without being able to comment for a couple of days, you could help me by telling your story to prevent more people from falling into the scam.

Here I leave the videos in case you want to help, they make us believe that we are five dissatisfied students, I would put my hand on the fact that we are thousands of people affected.

Hello Lorena, there are thousands of people affected by all the brands that they use to scam thousands of people and ruin the lives of many families who are trying to improve their lives. They send fake SMS from the courts to force you to pay, but they have informed us that nothing is true, the SMS from the courts that Setter Digital sends are false and the claims about putting you in ASNEF are false, it is a company from Andorra, no. It is Spain and to claim judicially they must first pass the case to each client's country and these procedures, if they were real, would take more than 1 year.

We recommend writing to cancel all services for not offering what they had sold and cancel cards so that they do not charge more, it is a fraud, I also recommend copying SEQURA warning that they are being complicit in a fraud, in the process notify about this fraud to the CNMV (Spanish financial regulator) since Sequra is based in Barcelona and is backed by CITI BANK. Thank you for writing about Setter Digital (company linked to Inmo Master, Appointment Setter and Amazon Master). Currently, this broker is considered a SCAM. The best thing is to unsubscribe from the company through an email and cancel the card at the bank by requesting a new one with another number. Thanks for writing about Setter Digital. We currently DO NOT RECOMMEND this online course or academy.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO PURCHASE YOUR COURSE PLEASE READ THIS AND LISTEN TO ME
Many of us already feel cheated and scammed by the digital appointment setter course and I find myself in a situation in which I no longer know what to do. I thought that by working and trying I was going to get some return for what the course is costing me. which is 2200 euros, I have asked them for the guarantee that they say they have and that I fulfill according to the contract I signed, now they do not want to return it to me and I have already paid 1600, wasting hours and not seeing a single result, working for free.
I was wondering if you could help me and see if, among all the complaints, they give us our money back, because I don't know whether to try to stop paying them and cancel the card but I don't know what the consequences will be.
If someone wants to contact me and organize a collective complaint that would be ideal, we have to fight for our money and get it back.
    Thanks and regards.

Hello Miguel (scammed), I would write to cancel all the services for not offering what they had sold and I would cancel cards so that they do not charge more, it is a fraud. Thank you for writing about Amazon Master (company linked to Setter Digital, Appointment Setter and Inmo Master). Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.
