🚫 Swissquote final assessment 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Swissquote.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Hello! They scammed me on a website where I put money to generate profits, then to withdraw it they asked me for more for taxes and thus, they scammed me a lot of money! Then I contacted a British lawyer who resolved everything quickly for me to be able to recover some of my money and it is precisely with that bank that Swissquote mentions, in which they send me an email assuring me of my money but ask me to pay 1200 usd for the opening and so on. release my money, which was supposedly sent to me via cryptocurrencies. Everything raises a lot of doubts in me, and even more so after all the money they scammed me from. I have all the proof of what happened to me, if you can help me it would be great

Hello Susana, I think they tried to scam you but I highly doubt they were from Swissquote since it is a regulated bank/broker and we have had no complaints about it. Do you have emails or the website of the entity that contacted you?

      Greetings.

Hello, good morning. I am writing to see if you can help me with some decisions that I should make regarding some investments that I made in the past, which they called me under international law for a recovery of capital, which they told me that they work with banks and they found my capital in a Swiss bank called swissquote bank and that I had to open a transitory account in another bank that is from England called central bank which the swiss bank already transferred the funds to my account to the central bank the problem is I have to deposit 5000usd to activate the account to be able to make the withdrawal. I don't know if this could be a scam.

And the other problem is that I have is that they called me from legal recovery for another recovery of capital that is from omega space for a total of 13300 usd that only 9700 usd could be recovered and from everfx for a total of 24750 usd it can only be recovered 19000 usd and these lawyers brought the lawsuit to the lcia, which is the international court that I have to pay to the court around 700 usd to be able to make the withdrawals of those capitals, I don't know if this can also be a scam or who can ask about these topics.

    Atte.

Hello FRANCISCO, those of International Law will tell you that they have already recovered it (obviously it will be a lie) and they will tell you to pay 10% or another figure, you will pay, you will not have recovered your money and you will have to start over to recover your money with a SERIOUS AND PROVEN RECOVERY LIKE MYCHARGEBACK.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Abogados online International Law. This supposed law firm is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible from you with lies, they are linked to the broker that previously SCAMED you, they are not going to help you, they only make you see it to collect money and in the end they keep EVERYTHING again.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Swissquote won't let me withdraw my money guys

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Laureano Garcés, thank you for commenting on Swissquote. This broker is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.
