It is very unfortunate to read all these scam cases. Obviously I was also scammed by this Mr. Cerdas in December 2009, it was my savings and after having made the deposit to his account, as happened with many of you, he stopped contacting and answering the messages, until he no longer we had a trace of any of him… The authorities have not been able to locate him and I doubt that he will be able to recover said savings. All this happened in Panama.

Greetings. My name is David and I am from Panama. I am going to tell you about my experience. I personally know this man who is in charge of scamming since we worked together in the LG company in Panama as customer service agents in 2006.
His real name is Roger Eberto Cerdas Miranda. I met him at the company and he seemed like a good person. Years after leaving the company where we work, I found an online site where he was listed as the owner of the company where he handled investments with higher returns than invested. The company was called NATIONALHOMEMARKETERS. Personally, I am not to trust my money to businesses that I do not know, but in this case, since I already knew Roger and he seemed like a good person, I decided to give him an opportunity to invest. The investment sums ranged from $ 200 to $ 1000. I unfortunately decided to invest $ 1000 expecting a return of approximately $ 3000 at the end of the month supposedly.
The contact was initiated through the website and then by phone call. I made the investment by bank transfer and from that moment the communication with Roger was decreasing. Days and months passed in which I demanded my investment and always gave excuses that there were problems with payments. After such a long time I got tired of so many excuses and asked to return my initial return which never happened and ignored my emails.
Several months passed and I decided to contact several people who also turned out to be scammed by this man. A complaint was opened in the Public Ministry of Panama for a fraud against Mr. Roger Cerdas in which they called me and I went to give proof of what happened in my case.
If you google the name Roger Cerdas you will see pages of the Banking Superintendency of Panama giving notice that Roger Cerdas is not authorized to carry out Forex and related in Panama or from Panama
Currently I do not know the whereabouts of Mr. Cerdas. On Facebook, he appears as Roger Miranda and says that his address is in Miami. And on Instagram he is using the name of roger aguilar trader to follow his scams. Be careful and any additional information you want about this man and that I can provide you, let me know and I will gladly offer it to you.
