* Tools4Deals regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Final evaluation of Tools4Deals 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important features of Tools4Deals and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location such as Singapore.

Regulatory: They mention being regulated by the regulator called “Crypto Service Authority” which as far as we know is a non-existent regulator. Please be very careful: they try to pass themselves off as a regulated company.

Please remember that the company has been reported by different financial regulators (in this case the CNMV, the Spanish regulator). Use EXTREME CAUTION.

This company does not mention which company it is part of, please be careful, there is a clear lack of seriousness and transparency.

In conclusion, when carefully considering the situation of Tools4Deals and its location in Singapore, a tax haven associated with the lack of regulations and supervision, together with the warning issued by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV Spain), the warning signs They are undeniable. The lack of a robust regulatory framework and the warning from a reputable body reinforce concerns about the safety of investments in this platform. In view of these obvious risks, our strong recommendation is to avoid investing or trading in Tools4Deals. Choosing brokers with a solid regulatory base is essential to safeguard your financial assets.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

Hello. I invested €4.750. I decided to withdraw €20.000 from my winnings and there was no problem, they even sent me a document, like a contract. My withdrawal operation was approved and they called me that I needed to put in another €3000 to be able to make the withdrawal, and when I refused, there is no way for them to answer me. The amount appears approved and I would like to know if I can withdraw it somehow. I still have pending earnings of €27.000. Can the benefits be withdrawn?

They are made in demo accounts and have never been made with your money or with real money, it is all a setup with fake money, they are simple numbers, it is not money. They keep your money as it arrives and then pretend that they have earned money with a platform that they themselves manipulate and when you ask for your money, oh, surprise! You have to pay more money, which makes no sense, It's like if you go to the bank to withdraw your money and they tell you to deposit €3.000 before you can withdraw, does it make any sense? Does it make any sense? No, it doesn't because it's all a fraud to steal your money, everything. What you have experienced is false and they will not return your money.

I would like to sue Tools4Deals, I invested €299 and now I can't contact them. Previously they didn't let me withdraw my winnings either.
What is the financial regulator of Spain?
If you can tell me where I should go.

    Thank you very much

Hello Maricarmen, the Spanish regulator is the CNMV, you can report there. Thanks for writing about Tools4Deals. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.
If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.
If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.
To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

It is a safe scam, I made a standard plan €250, my advisor was called Carolina, I asked to try withdrawal and they let me withdraw €50, after 2 months and supposedly €400 approximately in profits they call me to offer projects and ask to increase the investment when I say Since I don't have money, they offer me a loan, I don't accept, Carolina disappears and they reject all withdrawal requests.

    Is a gotcha
It's a scam, unless I'm proven otherwise. At the moment a big scam.
I have tried to make 2 withdrawals and none of them were effective. I have not yet been able to withdraw anything, what I withdraw they told me in the crypto wallet that they were fake tokens with a value of 0.
I had an advisor who spoke Spanish and contacted me, a certain Paco, who when I started to complain about why I didn't receive or the crypto wallet told me that they were fake Tokens, said advisor disappeared and now he doesn't contact me and they tell me that he is on leave. and no one else speaks Spanish (incredible) and wait for me to return.
I am giving it some time to see their reaction, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action. (They are informing me in Antifraud).
At the moment I advise against using this platform. I don't know if they will give me an answer from tools4deals or if they will read this review.
