Tradear was very bad from the start.
Right after opening the account, they start to ask for the documentation and repeatedly do not accept it for various reasons. I sent the same documents with which I opened an account in XM, Pepperstone and BDswiss and according to them it did not work for one reason or another. It is worth clarifying that with the other operators I did not have any problem. Additionally, they promise a bonus of 100% of the initial deposit, but after making the deposit an email arrives requesting a new deposit to access the bonus. The bonus was never deposited to me. They have a series of basic trading courses that also reward funds in the account, but they did not pay them to my account either. Additionally, something very strange and that I commented to the various people who called me, is that the data of the graphs of the web application are always a few points off. I don't really understand why, but they never match even though they told me themselves they got the data from Investing. Open a test account and check what I'm telling you about the charts if you don't believe me. Anyway, AVOID TRADING TO THE MAX .COM

I agree it's a big scam
In January I entered TRADEAR to try and learn about the service with 1000 dollars, they gave me a bonus of 1000 more, then I earned up to 3,850 dollars approx. I made a withdrawal to prove that they actually return your money, they forced me to use a skrill platform that only paid me in local currency (I lose in the exchange rate), plus the commissions of 500 dollars I ended up receiving 410.
I kept investing and the executive Leticia Romero pressured me to invest "more" but my goal was to know and learn from the platform, and she answered "that they are not an academy" when they communicate and announce that they have a good training program.
I decided to withdraw 100% and I had a balance of 385 dollars, which since March 15 I processed, they now told me to send my bank data, not SKRILL and to date they tell me that my account is wrong, when the data is a print of the bank account (IT IS AN INTERNATIONAL BANK WITH OPERATIONS IN SEVERAL PARTS OF THE WORLD). Conclusion, I know it is a business but the customer service is horrible, they will never teach you how it works properly even if they advertise it, and if something happens you never get your money back. IS A GOTCHA.
