Hello, approximately 2 years after this "company" scammed me, in August I received an email asking me for information about my CURP (a document in Mexico that serves as identification), bank name and account number in order to refund my money, file number EX-2023-30994458- -APN-DACYGD#AABE, Resolution 16/02/2023 which gave rise to the official FEDERAL intervention of the UBM CAPITAL platform, therefore the FEDERAL RECOVERY COMMISSION in alliance with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, the financial control body of the UNITED STATES OF NORTH AMERICA, allows itself to inform you that said intervention will result in the return of the funds that you have invested and therefore the disassociation from the investigative process for participation in crimes such as illegal money collection, embezzlement of funds, financing of terrorism and money laundering.
