Regulation of Valutrades

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

This company mentions being regulated in Seychelles, this location is used since the regulation of this type of country is practically non-existent. It is almost the same as working with an unregulated broker. That is, if you work with a broker with this type of regulation, unfortunately you are 100% unprotected. Therefore, at the regulatory level, unfortunately Valutrades is a completely dangerous and very unsafe broker.

🚫 Final valuation of Valutrades 🚫

Valutrades, an online investment platform based in Seychelles, raises some concerns due to its location in a tax haven, which may affect investors' perception of security and seriousness. The choice of Seychelles as a venue may raise concerns about transparency and regulatory oversight, key aspects for many investors seeking a solid and reliable financial environment.

It is relevant to note that Valutrades was previously regulated by the FCA in the United Kingdom, which provided an additional level of credibility. However, the fact that it no longer has this regulation raises questions about the evolution of its regulatory status and the need for investors to stay informed about such changes. The loss of FCA regulation could influence the perception of Valutrades' trustworthiness, and investors should be cautious when assessing the platform's current situation.

In summary, while Valutrades operates from Seychelles and previously had FCA regulation in the United Kingdom, the current situation without this British supervision may raise questions about its safety and seriousness. Potential investors are advised to conduct extensive research on the platform's current regulatory framework and carefully consider these factors before making investment decisions. Transparency and regulation are essential elements for investor confidence and ensuring a solid long-term investment experience.

I have read all the publication that they have made about this Valutrades broker, and they have spoken well of it. But in the end I see a comment from you that shows the opposite, I would like to know what your opinion is: it is or is not a fraud, according to your investigation. Thank you for your attention and support.

Hi camp, thanks for commenting on Valutrades. This broker is considered by many investors a SCAM, we have received many private complaints about its lack of ethics and lack of professionalism. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?
