Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Wealth Ocean.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

    My very Dear.

First of all I would like to express my congratulations for the work you do in exposing ponzi schemes and scams in general.

Continuing the saga of the Wealth Ocean scammers thank you please see the following link.

    Union Capital Company | FCA

    https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/union-capital-company

These charlatans boast that they are regulated by this entity, however on the official website of the FCA they warn that this fund is not regulated by them and they clarify that it is an unauthorized firm and clearly it is a scam.

This added to the warning that they already have from the Financial Superintendence in Colombia should be more than enough for people to realize once and for all that they will lose their money if they decide to "invest it here."

As if that were not enough, if you look at the address of this scam on Google Earth, you will see that it is a vacant lot, and as if that were not enough, when you do a search on Google, you will see that there are several other ghost companies with exactly the same address. Finally the truth came out!

1st Floor, Columbus Center PO Box 2283 British Virgin Islands
Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110

I hope this information is useful to you and again I reiterate my admiration and above all support for the work you do.

    Best regards.

Hi Datalondo, thanks for your support and for providing this important information for all users, thanks for commenting on Wealth Ocean. This broker is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Hello, I would like to know what investment funds do you recommend?

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Carolina, if you want to invest in an investment fund, you should look for those that are directly related to real banks that give you backing for your money, not brokers like Wealth that are a scam.

Good afternoon, I would like to report here

I am writing to you in order to report / denounce the Wealth Ocean company (Formerly known as Universal Profits) who claim to have an agreement with an "investment fund" called Union Capital, however this company does not have the endorsement of any entity financial regulator.

This company uses a pyramid scheme to raise funds under the false pretense that they are an investment fund that invests in assets such as Cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, Factoring, Foreign Exchange Market and common shares.

Among the many false assertions they make is that of guaranteeing returns between 4-8% at a monthly rate under different "investment plans" when it is known that no investment in financial instruments is guaranteed.

This organization claims to be regulated under bodies such as the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and FSC (Financial Services Council) of England as well as Cab Capital Trust in Stockholm Sweden, however when making inquiries on these respective portals we can see that the licenses that they indicate do not exist.

Here I leave your website so that you can see for yourself the information related to the company and in the annex you will find material that I have collected from your supposed investment contracts.
