We have received numerous comments with bad practices on the part of Xapo, especially putting obstacles to withdraw money, or not answering questions or complaints to customers, or responding to them after weeks of waiting. We have also received reports of accounts being blocked for no apparent reason.

I changed the phone and consequently had to download the apps again. After sending photos of documents they tell me over and over again to send proof of invoices with the address where I reside. I have done this operation 3 times and they do not accept it, Total I give up my bitcoin because I do not have an email where to address the problem. I do not recommend it to anyone as there is no human way for someone from XAPO to respond.
