My experience with this broker has been quite negative in terms of the speed of transfers.
They excuse themselves with the money laundering policy when on other occasions they already have proof of where my funds come from.
It must be remembered that the benefits of a broker do not come only from commissions, but from the interests of the capital that, in the case of day trading, to a greater extent said capital is immobile.
They seem very unprofessional to me, too many days to enter the money and to withdraw it in the case of amounts in Euro and within the Euro zone.
On the other hand, customer service by chat, it is about automatic translations and with no solution capacity, they lead to email addresses.
I do not recommend using this broker at all.

Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.
If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.
