I invested €500 in Brokereo and for a few days they insisted on investing more money to have more margin. They asked me for another €500. And finally enter only €250 from my savings account. I put it all, in total I had €750 in the Brokereo account. At the beginning it seemed that everything was going well, with the broker they assigned me everything seemed fine, until in a week I lost more than €400 for the investments and what the broker told me to do. And of course I was scared, calling him and he didn't even answer, so I called and sent emails to Brokereo. Until another broker called me posing as his superior... and on top of that asking me for more money and for me to stay at Brokereo because I asked that they return at least half of the money lost and recover some more money since as I said, they are my only savings, and because of the coronavirus things are not there to lose more money and, more so when you have little people in your charge.
In conclusion, the assigned Broker and the other one who pretended to be his superior did not answer my calls or call me back. And I don't think they'll give me back at least the €200 of what I lost when I listened to the Broker, to whom he never returned my calls or messages.
I am very disappointed in the treatment I received, not only from the brokers but also from the company itself, which did nothing at all.
