The person who contacted me about the Bank from Mexico is Mr. Andrés Villera and others who do not mention his name. When asked for the address of the offices in Mexico, they do not want to hand you over, but your cell phone is registered in the World Trade Center CDMX building. The cell phone they use to call me is +52 55 7336 9035 and +52 55 8526 4430.
They claim to be regulated by the Reunion Free Zone (RFZ), but there is no way to verify this. I have sent an email to RFZ to let me know what kind of regulation they have with them and at the same time, to be able to file a complaint for abusive treatment. I have not had a response from RFZ yet.
If you could help me verify this information, in a professional way, either by affirming or denying that you are a serious broker, you would be of great help. For now, because of the refusal to return the money I deposited, because of the threat of a legal judgment against me (for 400 USD, a joke), it seems to be a scam. I can't be sure, but the deal is typical of brokers who scam people.
