– Try to document everything that happened from the beginning, to build a coherent story of how this situation has come to be.
– If they insist, record the communications and give them long.
– Go to the police or civil guard and file a complaint.
– Contact the CMNV on the phone 900 373 362, they are charming. They will ask you for the broker's name. They confirmed to me that it is a beach bar, that although it has an address in Cyprus it depends on the UK regulation and that according to their knowledge, it has no qualification in this one.
– The ideal is to have this information in writing, so you will have to repeat the telephone consultation in writing to the CMNV through its website and wait for its response.
– When you have the response from the CMNV, manage the claim/negotiation with a lawyer. I am looking for one.

I would not like to give more clues, in case this riffraff reads this. I just want to comment that it is an authentic beach bar. They are true scam professionals. I will denounce it until the end wherever I have to go. For now I have followed the steps recommended by the CMNV. That is why I wanted to make it public, to avoid as much as possible that other unsuspecting people fall. I think I have enough evidence, emails, call recordings etc.
I don't know if I'll be able to recover anything, but I'm not going to stop until I recover everything I can. You have been swindled out of an amount large enough to spend time and money trying to get it back.

My story is very similar to Gregorio's, but in this case I have lost everything. As Gregorio says, exposing the amount is a bit embarrassing and if I explain something else even worse. What is going to save me is going to be that I have spent hours investigating this company and studying other issues and this morning when I spoke to them again and told them everything I had found out, they put me through Alexander who explained to me the legality of the company and even the page where the CNMV registration comes from.
As I have not been very satisfied, I have continued investigating until I got here. Tomorrow I will contact the CNMV to report the issue and they have recommended that I report it to the police, although they are highly doubtful about getting my money back.
