The Broker thing is a facade, they are criminals who are dedicated to scamming people, there is an Asian woman who is a hook, you know her through social networks with whom you establish a long-distance relationship, they talk about dreams, love and things So... she shows you opulence and at the same time tells you a sad story of her life, she even makes WhatsApp video calls so you know it's real, then she "falls in love" and decides to share with you her secret to earn a lot of money.
You open an account and she shares daily the signals sent to her by a “guru from her circle of investors”, whom she calls “my teacher”, with those signals, you quickly make a fortune, she shows you that she has a thousand times more than you . Finally, the moment of withdrawal arrives, the "Broker" to contact you uses the email you gave when registering and tells you to contact a wattsap, they tell you that you have to pay 20% for "tax", if you are suspicious, the Asian will tell you reassures you and gives you confidence that everything is fine and shows you her things that she has never had problems… you deposit and end of story!, they tell you that you made a computer error and that money was lost, they tell you for your mistake you and our company lost money and will freeze your account! Finally they block you, you never know anything about the Asian girl!

They are indeed a scam.
It is a rigged platform. When you start to put real investments, they no longer let you withdraw funds (they give you different pretexts and in the end it is never possible, from my experience and that of the people I read: taxes for profits obtained, taxes for bank transfers, fees just because you have to go "premium" obligatorily.
In my case, they captured me through a mobile phone from Hong Kong. You think you know a person who helps you invest but is in league with FTSE and encourages you to seek support from them and do what they say.
Hopefully they get serious and put the guilty behind bars.
