Trade GC – Complaint
I am very upset. I had an account with 1067 euros and I requested the cancellation of the account and they will deposit the money and if they canceled the account but since May 2018, which was this, they have not deposited the money.
And now I can't enter with my username and password because they have unsubscribed me. And I don't know who to turn to or call because I don't have a phone number, it seems that they have kept the money and I have lost it. I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL OPERATING WITH IT.
AND NOW THROUGH WASAP THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME AND ACCORDING TO THEY SAY THEY ARE FROM THE NATIONAL SECURITIES MARKET COMMISSION THAT IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A TRANSFER OF MINE HELD IN SPANISH TERRITORY AND THEY NEED SOME LEGALIZATION DOCUMENTS TO BE ABLE TO RELEASE THE TRANSFER. THE TRANSFER HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED WOLRD BINARY INSURACE LTD AND THE AMOUNT IS 12.620.
BUT THEY NEED A DOCUMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND ANOTHER FROM THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF CUSTOMS ALSO FROM SAID COUNTRY. IT HAS TOLD ME IF I HAVE CONTACT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT I KNOW NOTHING. AND HE SAYS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND HE WILL INFORM ME..
I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH MY ACCOUNT AND HAS GENERATED THIS MONEY AND IT IS TRUE. BUT I DON'T BELIEVE ME EITHER THIS SMELLS LIKE A SCAM TOO.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO. CAN YOU KNOW SOME WAY IF I STILL HAVE THAT ACCOUNT AND IT HAS GENERATED MONEY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT LOG IN TO SEE IT.

Hello ANA MARIA, everything they tell you is a lie, they invent it to make you believe that you have a large sum withheld anywhere and if you pay a certain amount of money you can recover everything, but what they assure you or tell you is part of the scam, they want you to believe them and send more capital to unlock that supposed money and if you pay they will never give you anything, it's a fraud. They never return money to anyone, it is a company created from the beginning to lie, deceive and defraud all the unwary who fall into their networks.
