Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Spartan Trade.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Good afternoon, I was scammed on the spartantrade platform, the lady who contacted me mentioned that my investment was very little and that she was not going to waste her time with so little and because I did not want to invest more they blocked me

Hi Leonardo, thanks for writing about Spartan Trade. This broker is considered a SCAM. The AMF (French Financial Regulator) has put a notice on them, for lack of regulation and for misleading their clients (See AMF link).

We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you have lost everything and they keep it that way.

If when you request a withdrawal, they ask you for more to pay commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never do it! It is a clear warning that you are a client of a fraud broker and even if you pay, they will never return your money.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the names of your advisor, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you, etc.

In July I invested in Spartan Trade.com the equivalent of $250 DLLs. ($5318 Mexican pesos) and on the third day, a certain Ellen pressured me to invest $2000 DLLs. I told her that she would think about it and gave her my answer through the Viber app. From that day on, she spent about 10 days and I didn't answer her because of whatever situation, but she dialed up to 4 times every day. She asks questions in a tone of demand and annoyance. Then another time I replied and he "invited" me to invest. I told him that I didn't have any more and that the 250 were my personal savings and that I didn't even ask my husband for his opinion. He got angry and told me "well, I'll talk to your husband," I told him. this is not my business she started to raise her voice and claim that I don't answer her that she is managing my account etc. I ended up telling him that I don't have any more money and so I better cancel and want my money back and at this point he hangs up. On other occasions she calls me and asks if she had seen my balance yet and I told her no and she gets upset. I already gave my money for lost since then. It's just an unfortunately unpleasant learning for me to take away acting impulsively. There's karma and I'll be fine and sooner or later life will charge those rogue thieves. I send you blessings because you will need them.

I also fell for Spartan -Trade .com. The same modus operandi: You register on the WEB, after a few seconds they call you an executive, you ask some questions such as if you can withdraw the money at any time, etc. all good and favorable they ask you for a photo of your identity card both sides. Everything seems normal, bank account to make the deposits. Then they tell you that an advisor will guide you in the transactions, you deposit 250 dollars by credit card and call you daily to show you the balance of what you have earned on the Spartan Trade web application, already on the fourth day they show you that it is profitable with foreign currency but for earn more you have to invest more at least 2000 dollars in cryptocurrencies after three days you have already earned 20000 dollars, then they asked me to deposit an additional 20000 dollars. With that I worry. Searching the internet for what this company was like, I found this page, my horror was shocking, when I spoke with the advisor. I wanted to recover my money with a withdrawal of what I had invested 2250 dollars and she told me that I should withdraw everything, that is, 20000 dollars, but that I should pay the advice, commissions and taxes, which is reasonable, but I should make the payment with the credit card. credit. Already suspicious even more. The obvious thing is that when withdrawing from the balance, the commissions and taxes are deducted from the advice. Of course I don't have what they ask me to deposit to withdraw, they asked me for almost 5000 more dollars and to pay again without being sure of recovering anything, I told her after several calls in which we already spoke in a more aggressive tone about her and It also bothered me that I didn't have the money he asked for and I mentioned to him that I can't pay and he already considered the money lost, while he threatened me that I would receive a fine by mail and that it was about 50000 dollars and that I had all my details as she was under FCA rules with her UK authorized license etc. Until the day I give, I cannot withdraw the money from what I invested and less than what I supposedly earned. Do not give them access through a remote control application to your phone or computer except bank passwords or force you to transfer money to them. It has been a very bad and unpleasant experience. Today I already blocked the credit card and notified the Bank. I am left wondering what will become of that supposed fine that will arrive at my home when I have all my records, a photo of my identity card, what can they do?

I'm Gonzalo, again. The question is whether spartan TRADE is the same as spartan trading, which advertises its headquarters in Vancouver on its page. Thank you

Hello Gonzalo, normally what these scam brokers do is change the name so as not to appear in searches as thieves, if you want, send the website and we review it well to be sure of what it is.

GOOD NIGHT TO KNOW IF SPARTAN TRADE IN LONDON IS REGULATED. THANK YOU

    • Recommended-brokers.com Reply

Hello Gabriela, THERE IS NO REGULATION AND THEY ARE NOT IN LONDON, if they tell you that they are lying to you. Thanks for writing about Spartan Trade. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

I have €370 in the standard account. The truth is that I'm not going to add another euro, but the most worrying thing of all is that they can send charges to the bank. Do you know how it is? The truth is that spartan TRADE is a real scam, right?
