🚫 Spotinvest Final Valuation 🚫

Finally, and in a few words, our recommendation is: DO NOT INVEST WITH Spotinvest.

As we mentioned before, it is a financial company located in a place where you will not have protection from the law in case of being harmed, that is, you will not be able to claim anyone if an unfortunate event occurs such as the sudden loss of your funds or the closure of the company.

In case of problems, it is most likely that the authorities of your country will not be able to do anything. As a client of this company you are unprotected!

Investing with unregulated brokers or brokers based in such countries is very risky. It is best to invest with a regulated broker, based in a serious country.

Until now they keep calling me, telling me that to withdraw the money I have to pay tax and they ask me to deposit more than €1000.
I only invested €250, I made the mistake of giving them my personal information and they arranged a loan in my name.
Does anyone know where I can report them in Spain?

Hello Carlos, thanks for writing about Spotinvest. Currently this broker is considered a SCAM.

If you are a client, do not make more contributions, their only objective is to steal from you, they manipulate operations manually, they keep the money from when it reaches their accounts, it does not enter the market, everything is prepared for you to lose or make you lose your money to have the excuse to keep it.

If you decide to withdraw and they request a ransom in the form of commissions, taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Never pay it! That's the warning, from that moment you have to know that you are a client of a scam broker and no matter how much you pay you will never see your money.

To help other users or customers, provide as much information as possible, explain how everything happened, where you saw the advertising, who called you, numbers from which you were dialed, emails and everything that comes to mind.

TOTAL SCAM!! In October I invested the €250 that they ask for and that they promise you will recover in 2 or 3 weeks, but then you only start receiving calls to invest more! More than 5 people spoke with me (all of them claimed to be bosses, managers or directors) one of them asked me to invest up to €4.000 to be able to see the profit on my investment! Ha ha! On December 9, I requested an act of good faith by withdrawing €100 from the Spotinvest account, which was debited immediately and I would have it in my bank within 24 hours! Today is December 19th and the money is still not in my account! And I just received a call from another “Boss” saying that in his internal movement I have a profit of 3.700 Euros! Here's the trick: if I want to withdraw them and close the account I must pay them their €500 commission FIRST!!! So don't fall like me!!! THEY'RE THIEVES! If anyone can tell me how to get my 250 euros back, I would appreciate it.

At first all facilities and telematic help. The benefits rise like foam.
After a few days, daily calls to invest more and more and more…. I resist.
After a month of receiving calls from various interlocutors, he asked to withdraw 100 euros from my account: all problems, excuses and delays.
Finally, after more than a month, I get 100 euros refunded.
More daily calls for you to invest more and more and more
I request another refund… they cancel my account and disappear.
    A FRAUD

HELLO, I AM ANOTHER PERSON WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED, MORE OR LESS THE SAME THING THAT EVERYONE COMMENTS ON. I HAD TO WITHDRAW DUE TO AN EMERGENCY AND THEY JUST WON'T LET YOU WITHDRAW. EXCUSES, LIES, MANY CALLS AND WASTE OF TIME BUT I'VE BEEN LIKE THIS FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND I HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE CENT.

DO YOU RECOMMEND ME TO REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE OR IS IT NOT WORTH IT?

    Hello,
I deposited €250 initially, and after several weeks, due to the unpleasant attention I was receiving on the phone from Serigio Berg, who insisted that he needed more money, I decided to withdraw it and close because I didn't feel comfortable. Evidently when trying to withdraw, they left the operation pending and did not return it to me, neither what I deposited nor what I supposedly won (the amount had tripled in 2 weeks). This Sergio calls me pretending to be someone else, telling me that to withdraw I need to pay taxes in the UK, which makes it even clearer that it is a scam. In the end the conversation escalates and he literally tells me to “fuck off.” At this point the €250 doesn't matter to me, although I will try to recover it if you can explain to me how I can report it and proceed. What worries me is that they have a copy of my passport, I don't know if with the Data Protection Law I can also press?

I leave you the numbers from which they called me:

Hi Maria, everything they say is a lie and if you withdraw they lose their commission, that's why they are so unpleasant, they are bad people who think your money is theirs. Hello Juana, thank you for commenting on Spotinvest. This broker is a SCAM. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible from you with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they only show it and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

In my case, through my interest in Chinese bitcoins, I came to Spotinvest, Cesare Mancini contacted me, email [email protected], sends me his Italian license 9076 from '95 and the list of banks with which he has operated starting with Mediiolanum in '95. But my account is deactivated and at zero due to inactivity. I will not provide any further information to recover this amount. I consider it lost

The same thing happened to me with this man (Cesare Mancini) who told me more than a week ago that he was going to be traveling for 4 days. It's been 4… 5… 6… 7… ..8 days and he shows no signs of life. His cell phone is inactive, he does not respond to emails... there is no way to contact him or Spotinvest

    • Victor Reply

Hello, this is also my case, first with Cesare Mancini, then with Sergio Berg who told me that I should download the program to directly manage the “secure” operations between my bank and their “system”, then with Anonio Atela who told me that I will pay commissions to recover my money and after a month of paying them they tell me that I must pay some transaction fees, in short, a SCAM... after having reported to the competent bodies I have been waiting for more than a month for them to return my capital invested without any positive response other than continuing to pay…
