We hereby inform you that, as of April 13, 2021, Alef & Kiai SL (the “Linked Agent”), linked agent in Spain of iTrade Global (CY) Ltd. (“iTrade”), whose trademark es TRADE FW, has decided to suspend its trading activities indefinitely.
This decision has been adopted as a consequence of the deficiencies detected by the National Securities Market Commission (“CNMV”) in the framework of the supervision of the Linked Agent and iTrade's own decision to instruct the Linked Agent to cease trading. performance of any type of representation, promotion or action on behalf of iTrade.
In order to protect the interests of clients, and in accordance with what was agreed with iTrade, the Linked Agent will only carry out those actions that are strictly necessary to provide support to clients as a mere technical support center, for example to help clients to cancel their positions or contracts or to provide technical support. If a client wishes to carry out a new trade, he will have to trade directly on the iTrade platform and request the corresponding support directly from iTrade.

Hello, I had been scammed such a large amount that I will not mention. In my desperation to get it back, I contacted mychargeback through you. I didn't trust them, but they explained the process to me. I received a short time mail saying that they had received my withdrawal request and they asked me for a photo of my card with 12 covered numbers and the CvC also hidden. Ufff there I got nervous. As I did not give it, a certain Olha called me. Very edge, aggressive. I stopped the operation that was open in negative ... I do not care. I sent the photo you asked for but blocked the card. The bank told me that if I did not receive the money to put a complaint form through them. I went to the police because I am more afraid that there will be operations in my name or that my identity will be stolen than what I have lost ... the police cannot do anything if there is no crime, so I have to be vigilant. I ask them to close the account and they do not answer. Nor can you leave your account to 0 because you cannot withdraw the cents. I recommend not to operate with them. They take away your sleep. I have considered doing operations of this type in my own bank with better information and advice and if it convinces me then I continue.
